Selection of a terrain vehicle for performing different tasks is an important factor, which influences the mobility of a user through the quality of conducting transport activities. This paper is dealing with the problem of the terrain vehicle selection for the equipping of military units which, are to be engaged in multinational operations, using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Determination of the relative importance of criteria, which are used for evaluation of potential alternatives is conducted through AHP method. The results proposed by the AHP method are used as multiple outputs of the defined DEA model for the selection of the terrain vehicle. Based on the DEA model the efficiencies of alternatives are defined and also the final ranking of alternatives is determined. Besides the hybrid model AHP-DEA, which is the integral part of a basic multicriteria model in this paper the possible applications of Best Worst Method (BWM) and FUll COnsistency Model (FUCOM) are presented through validation of models. The validation is conducted through statistical data obtained by application of different multicriteria techniques, using Spearman’s Correlation Coefficient (SCC).

Zbog specifičnosti ove vrste transporta, kao i obaveza iz zakonske regulative koja uređuje ovu oblast, lica uključena u proces planiranja i realizacije transporta dužna su da preduzmu mere kako se ne bi dogodio akcidentni događaj. Radi preduzimanja preventivnih mera vrši se procena rizika. U Vojsci Srbije najzastupljeniji je transport nafte i naftnih derivata za potrebe jedinica i ustanova. Prilikom planiranja transporta vrši se izbor trase za kretanje vozila. U radu je opisana metodologija za izbor trase za transport opasnog tereta i primena na konkretnom slučaju u Vojsci Srbije. UvodRealizaciju svakog od transportnih procesa sa opasnim teretom prati određeni rizik od neželjenog -akcidentnog događaja sa štetnim posledicama koji nastaju usled izlivanja opasnog tereta (iz transportnog suda ili pakovanja), a zatim njenog štetnog dejstva, srazmerno klasi opasnosti kojoj ona pripada (eksplozija, požar, otrovna isparenja, radijacija,...).Štete koje su nanete akcidentima, pri transportu opasnog tereta, mogu imati ogromne negativne posledice: umiranje i oboljevanje ljudi, zagađenje okoline, uništavanje prirodnih i nacionalnih bogatstva, oštećenje tehničkih sredstava, rušenje industrijskih objekata, zgrada za stanovanje, puteva, utovarno-istovarnih stanica itd.In the Serbian Armed Forces, oil and petroleum products are transported primarily for military units and institutions. The route for the movement of vehicles is selected during the transportation planning process. This paper describes a methodology for the selection of a route for the transport of dangerous goods and its application on one particular case in the Serbian Armed Forces.
