Abstract-Granting banking facility is one of the most important parts of the financial supplies for each bank. So this activity becomes more valuable economically and always has a degree of risk. These days several various developed Artificial Intelligent systems like Neural Network, Decision Tree, Logistic Regression Analysis, Linear Discriminant Analysis and etc, are used in the field of granting facilities that each of this system owns its advantages and disadvantages. But still studying and working are needed to improve the accuracy and performance of them. In this article among other AI methods, fuzzy expert system is selected. This system is based on data and also extracts rules by using data. Therefore the dependency to experts is omitted and interpretability of rules is obtained. Validity of these rules could be confirmed or rejected by banking affair experts. For investigating the performance of proposed system, this system and some other methods were performed on various datasets. Results show that the proposed algorithm obtained better performance among the others.
The aim of this research is to determine and to assess the effective factors on customer loyalty, concerning the internet-purchase of products and services of Tehran tourism agencies. For this purpose, the standardized questionnaire was distributed among on-line internet customers of Tehran tourism agencies and finally 384 questionnaires were applied in analyzing the research hypotheses. The data obtained from customers were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis technique and the structural equations modeling (SEM). The findings of the research with regard to the proposed model and its nine hypotheses from the highest to lowest route coefficients and hypothesis confirmation are respectively: the effect of customer loyalty with the route coefficient of 0.559; the effect of search capability with the route coefficient of 0.481; the effect of satisfaction on customer trust with the route coefficient of 0.388; the effect of transaction cost on customer satisfaction with the route coefficient of 0.321; the effect of search capability on customer trust with the route coefficient of 0.292; the effect of trust on customer loyalty with the route coefficient of 0.184; the effect of the perceived security on customer satisfaction with the route coefficient of 0.159. The above seven hypotheses have been confirmed and the effect perceived security effect on customer trust and the effect of transaction cost on customer trust with the route coefficient of 0.018 were finally rejected.
Customers or clients are counted to be reasons for existence and continuation of life of every organization and, therefore, it is essential to review various aspects of customer satisfaction. Many customers may seem to be satisfied but they may switch to competitor companies for various reasons. Loyal customers constitute a major factor for organizational successes and there are many attempts to create loyal customers. The customer loyalty was defined as commitment of customers to deal with a particular organization or buy given goods repeatedly. During the present research, the researcher engages in the evaluation of factors effective on satisfaction and loyalty of customers and in the study of their interactions, using the famous American Model of Customer Satisfaction. Major variables of such pattern are as follows: customer expectations, perceived quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction, Repurchase Likelihood, Price Tolerance changes and customer complaint. In this study, 384 cell-phone users were randomly selected from different departments of North Tehran Branch of Islamic Azad University. Valuable data were gathered by closed response questionnaire. Afterward we derived eleven correlations between different parameters by using structural equation modeling. Finally, all of suppositions were confirmed by confidence level up to 95%. In addition, the SPSS and XLSTAT PLS software packages are utilized in the process and analysis of data and investigation of study's hypotheses and necessary analyses have been done.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
