ABSTRAKPesatnya kemajuan teknologi mempengaruhi semua sector, termasuk sector pendidikan. Peran dosen sebagai fasilitator seharusnya dapat memfasilitasi mahasiswa untuk menemukan cara belajarnya masing masing. Dosen diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi mahasiswa supaya dapat belajar tanpa terbatas ruang dan waktu (dimana saja dan kapan saja). Diharapkan dengan metode pembelajaran e-learning maka mahasiswa menjadi lebih aktif dan semakin kreatif dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah e-learning memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausal untuk menjelaskan hubungan sebab dan akibat dan menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Study ini menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) untuk melihat faktor mana yang paling berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa. Responden pada penelitian ini sejumlah 338 mahasiswa dengan alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner baku e-learning (Watkins) yang telah ditranslasi dalam bahasa Indonesia. Mahasiswa yang menjadi responden sudah pernah melakukan elearning pada beberapa mata kuliah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan internet pada mahasiswa secara signifikan dapat mempengaruhi motivasi mahasiswa dalam menggunakan elearning ditunjukkan dengan tingkat significancy 8.31 (> dari 2) dengan tingkat keyakinan 95% dan nilai R2 0.49 (error varians 0.75). Untuk itu, kompetensi mahasiswa yang ingin dicapai dapat didukung dengan pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang didukung dengan teknologi. Lecturer need to facilitate students discovering their own way to learn without limited time and space (anytime and anywhere). E-learning will encourage students to learn more active and creative. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of internet usaage with student’s motivation and also factors that influence e-learning implementation. This study used descriptive method with causal design. Respondents in this study were 338 students with questionnaire from Watkins about e-learning which has been translated into Bahasa.Through Structural Equation Model (SEM) analyse that the internet usage on student can significantly influence student’s motivation in using elearning shown with significancy level 8.31(>2) with 95% confidence level and value R2 0.49 (error vaeiance 0.75). The development of the pedagogical content by lecturer should be more creative in accordance with the technology used.
AbstrakHand hygiene merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam patient safety yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi resiko terjadinya infeksi nosokomial di Rumah Sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan perawat untuk menerapkan hand hygiene di Rumah Sakit X Cibubur. Desain Penelitian yang digunakan adalah diskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner untuk mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan perawat dengan jumlah sampel 82 orang dengan menggunakan teknik total sampel. Hasil penelitian didapatkan tidak ada hubungan antara usia (p-value 0,720), jenis kelamin (p-value 0,208), masa kerja (p-value 0,074), pengetahuan (p-value 0,537), sikap (p-value (0,378) dengan kepatuhan perawat untuk menerapkan hand hygiene di Rumah Sakit "X" Cibubur. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut didapatkan data bahwa tingkat pengetahuan perawat di Rumah sakit X sudah baik sehingga perawat relatif patuh dalam menerapkan hand hygiene didalam pekerjaannya sehari-hari. Dengan penelitian ini diharapkan perawat tetap mempertahankan kepatuhan dalam melakukan hand hygiene dan bila perlu lebih meningkatkan kepatuhan dan pengetahuan terkait hand hygiene tersebut sehingga angka kejadian infeksi dapat diminimalisir. Bagi Rumah Sakit, diharapkan untuk lebih memperbanyak pelatihan-pelatihan dan seminar terkait hand hygiene, bagi karyawan Rumah Sakit tersebut serta memperbanyak fasilitas penunjang untuk hand hygiene serta poster-poster guna mengingatkan para petugas rumah sakit serta pengunjung tentang pentingnya melakukan hand hygiene baik bagi diri sendiri maupun orang lain disekitarnya. The aim of this research was to find out the factors related to nurse pursuances to apply hand hygiene in the Hospital "X" Cibubur. Research method that has been used in this research was correlational descriptive using cross sectional approach. The data was obtained using questionnaire to find out nurse pursuance based on their age, sex, length of employment, knowledge, and nurse attitude with the number of sample 82 people using the total sample technique. The result of the study showed that there was no connection between age (p-value 0.720), sex (p-value 0.208), length of employment (p-value 0.074), knowledge (p-value 0.537), and nurse attitude (p-value 0.378) with nurse pursuances to apply hand hygiene in the Hospital "X" Cibubur. the result of this study showed that the level of nurse knowledge in Hospital X was good so that they relatively obedient in applying hand hygiene in their dialy work. With this research, nurses are expected to maintain pursuance in applying hand hygiene. Antiretroviral therapy is believed not to be able to cure the disease; however, it can reduce mortality and morbidity. It also improves the quality of life of people with HIV. The success of the HIV/AIDS treatment is determined by adherence to antiretroviral therapy. ARV therapy is given in a long run and can be said as optimal if the compliance reaches more than 95%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between certain factors and adherence to ARV therapy in people with HIV/AIDS. The design of this study was a descriptive correlational study with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 198 patients were recruited through a purposive sampling technique. The result of the study showed that there was no relation between adherence with age (p-value of 0.327), education (p-value of 0.859), and treatment (p-value of 0.74). From this study, it can be recommended that nurses need to improve their HIV counseling skills, especially about the benefits of adherence using a communicative media. Pengobatan ARV dapat menurunkan jumlah virus HIV hingga pada jumlah terendah, sehingga dapat mencegah resiko infeksi oportunistik atau penyakit penyerta seperti TBC. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan ODHA minum ARV. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif korelasi melibatkan 113 responden. Berdasarkan uji univariat diperoleh hasil bahwa reponden berusia 22-40 tahun sebanyak 89,4% jenis kelamin laki-laki 91,2%, jenis pekerjaan sebagai karyawan swasta sebanyak 74,3%, responden dengan sisa 3-12 dosis obat dalam 30 hari sebanyak 57,5 %, untuk responden yang kurang mendapat dukungan keluarga sebanyak 61,3%, dan responden yang tidak patuh dengan dukungan keluarga baik sebanyak 50%. Hasil uji bivariate diperoleh nilai p value= 0,363(P>0,05) yang berarti tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan ODHA minum obat ARV.
Identification and socialization about importance of nursing students’ learning style should be performed by nursing educator to achieve learning goals. The purpose of this study is to explore nursing students’ perception of their learning style. Method of this study was qualitative with descritive interpretative design involving 10 nursing students, using purposive sampling. Students were divided into two groups, there were academic and profesion group continued by focus group discussion (FGD). The analysis data used thematik analysis content with Collaizi method. The results of this study consists of five themes, namely : (1) easy and comfort ways to learn (2) variation of learning strategy at classroom and clinic (3) think, analyse about theory and use it at practice (4) influence of passing the nurse national competency test (5) more profesional and contribute to nurses development. It was recommended to nurses educator at nursing school to identify sthrengthness of nursing student toward milenial learning style.
