Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh terjadinya penurunan hasil belajar siswa SMA. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kompetensi guru dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa melalui kebiasaan belajar yang dimiliki oleh siswa. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Sumedang dengan unit analisis siswa kelas XI IPS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey explanatory, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket yang disebarkan kepada responden penelitian kemudian dilakukan analisis baik secara deskriptif maupun statistik. Analisis data secara statistik melalui pengujian path analisis yang dibantu software SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1) kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh guru tergolong tinggi, 2) motivasi belajar berada pada kategori tinggi kategori tinggi, 3) kebiasaan belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi, 4) Hasil belajar berada pada kategori tinggi, 5) Kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif terhadap kebiasaan belajar siswa, 6) Motivasi belajar siswa berpengaruh positif terhadap kebiasaan belajar 7) Kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar, 8) Motivasi belajar siswa berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar, serta 9) Kebiasaan belajar siswa berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar.
During the Covid-19 Pandemic, learning motivation and self-regulation were identified as factors that influenced college student to involving in learn process. The research focus is to explain the objective conditions of learning motivation and self-regulation of college student during the pandemic. The reserach is a quantitative study with an interpretive approach involving 88 college student in 3rd semester in Department of Economic Education at Siliwangi University, as participants. The data was collected by means of a survey in the form of a questionnaire that adopted the measuring instrument of learning motivation and self-regulation developed by Velayutham et al. The survey was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of googleform so that it was easily accessed by students. Data analysis uses the calculation of the percentage of each indicator and analyzes it in depth. The finding indicate that the condition of student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic as measured by 3 indicators learning in goal orientation, task value and self-efficacy are in the excellent category with a score of 83%. Self-regulation of college student in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic is in the excellent category or with a score of 81%. The excellent categories of learning motivation and self-regulation describe that college students are able to adapt in pandemic emergency online learning. Abstrak: Pada masa Pandemi Covid-19, motivasi belajar dan regulasi diri diidentifikasi sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran. Fokus penelitian ini menjelaskan kondisi objektif motivasi belajar dan regulasi diri mahasiswa selama masa pandemi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan interpretative yang melibatkan 88 orang mahasiswa semester 3 pada Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi di Universitas Siliwangi, sebagai partisipan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara survey berupa kuesioner yang mengadopsi instrumen pengukuran motivasi belajar dan regulasi diri yang dikembangkan oleh Velayutham dkk. Survey dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner berupa googleform agar mudah diakses oleh mahasiswa. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan presentase dari setiap indikator dan menganalisisnya secara mendalam. Temuan ini menunjukan bahwa kondisi motivasi belajar mahasiswa selama pandemi Covid-19 yang diukur dengan tiga indikator yaitu, orientasi pada tujuan, nilai tugas dan efikasi diri termasuk kategori sangat tinggi dengan skor 83%. Regulasi diri mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran selama masa pandemi Covid-19 tergolong pada kategori sangat tinggi atau dengan skor 81%. Kategori motivasi belajar dan regulasi diri yang sangat tinggi tersebut menggambarkan bahwa mahasiswa mampu berdaptasi pada pembelajaran online darurat selama masa pandemi ini.
AbstrakDi saat pandemi wabah covid-19 penggunaan sistem e-wallet semakin meningkat. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola perilaku konsumen terhadap kalangan dari usia 18-25 tahun atau bisa disebut dengan kalangan Generasi Z terhadap pemanfaatan e-wallet ketika adanya wabah covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, karena dalam penelitian ini peneliti menjelaskan hasil penelitiannya dengan cara memaparkan hasil penelitiannya. Adapun data yang digunakan saat melakukan penelitian ini yaitu dengan memakai jenis data primer, dimana peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner terkait “Pemanfaatan e-wallet dalam pola perilaku konsumsi pada generasi Z disaat masa pandemi covid-19”, yaitu menggunakan sistem google form. Hasil pembahasan atau hasil penelitian dari responden, dengan menambahkan persepsi manfaat, kemudahan dan risiko terhadap pemakaian sistem e-wallet. Hasil dari penelitian dalam persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi manfaat sangat berpengaruh positif terhadap pemakaian sistem dompet digital. Akan tetapi pada persepsi risiko menujukkan pengaruh negative terhadap kategori risiko. Kata Kunci: e-wallet, persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan, persepsi risiko. AbstractSince the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of e-wallet systems is increasing. This study aims to analyze consumer behavior patterns towards people from the age of 18-25 years or can be called Generation Z. This study uses qualitative research methods, because the researcher explains results of his research by describing the results of his research. The type of data used in conducting this research is by using the primary data type, where the researcher distributes a questionnaire related to "Utilization of e-wallet in consumption behavior patterns in generation Z during the covid-19 pandemic", namely by using the google form system. The results of the discussion or research results from respondents, by adding the e-wallet, perceived Ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risk of the e-wallet system. The results of the research on category convenience and benefits category have a very positive effect on the use of the e-wallet system. The study aims to determine the strategy and marketing mix carried out by local fashion brand Erigo Store so that they could enter the international market. The main theory used is the theory of segmenting, targeting, positioning and the 4P marketing mix. The research used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection is done by library research or literature study. The results of this research show that the analysis shows that Erigo Store uses a promotional strategy to follow the bazaar, create an official erigo website, endorse influencers, sell through various e-commerce, advertising through billboards, promotion through TikTok, and overseas expansion.
