Purpose-Implementation of SMK-3 requires commitment from companies as providers of vacancies. Management as directors and employees as resources that maintain the continuity of the company.Design/methodology-The application often raises questions from both company management and employees. Companies are required to implement SMK-3 in the workplace by integrating the system with SMK-3. This obligation applies to companies with a workforce of at least 100 (one hundred) or less than 100 people, but which are classified as a high potential risk company.Findings -Corporate strategy differs from business strategy, in that it focuses on how to manage resources, risk, and profits throughout the company, as opposed to looking at competitive advantage.The method used qualitatif research in this article is a literature review, which is a review and discussion of literature in a particular research area, by peeling, comparing, summarizing and collecting literature and then drawing a conclusion. Implementing this Health and Safety Management System (SMK-3) it is hoped that it can increase workforce productivity.
This research was conducted to find out the Perception of outpatient satisfaction to service officersin registration sectionat Puskesmas Sematang Borang Palembang.Data collecting was conducting by using questionnaire instruments in form of questions. The result of this research showed that: satisfaction of outpatient to service of lowest registration officer that is a statementof charge equal to 66,67%. The perception is most dominant from the outpatient satisfaction  to service officers in registration section that is a statement of service officers in registration section with a courtesy of 81,67%. Pelayanan administrasi akademik di Politeknik Kent Bogor belum meng-implementasikan sistem yang terkomputerisasi sehingga masih kurang efektif dan efisien. Mahasiswa sering mengalami kesulitan ketika melakukan kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan bagian akademik, seperti halnya mahasiswa diharuskan menghadap ke bagian akademik serta hanya dapat dilakukan ketika jam kerja. Selain itu, arsip administrasi mahasiswa yang banyak memerlukan kapasitas penyimpanan yang juga besar, serta rawan terhadap kerusakan berkas secara fisik. Berdasarkan observasi lapangan dan wawancara dengan pengadministrasi, terdapat beberapa menu yang akan di implementasikan dalam sistem informasi tersebut, antara lain: (1) pendataan beasiswa, (2) permohonan pelaksanaan Magang / Laporan Akhir/ Tugas Akhir, (3) Download Sertifikat. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi layanan administrasi mahasiswa berbasis web yang mengakomodir layanan mahasiswa dari ketiga aspek tersebut Pengabdian ini bertujuan menerapkan digitalisasi pelayanan administrasi akademik berbasis web untuk memudahkan mahasiswa dalam melakukan segala kegiatan maupun urusan di bidang akademik. Selain itu, dilakukan juga pendampingan penggunaan sistem kepada staf di Politeknik Kent Bogor dengan kegiatan pelatihan yang mencakup pemaparan dan praktik fungsionalitas sistem
