<p>ABSTRACT</p><p>Social media as a means of building social interaction for doctors. However, the use of social media sometimes violates doctors' professional codes of ethics for personal gain. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of social media Instagram by doctors in conducting social interactions and determine the suitability of doctors in using social media with the code of ethics of the doctor's profession. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research data are primary data obtained through interviews with research sources consisting of medical ethics experts, doctors who use social media Instagram, and patients who are followers of the doctor's Instagram account. Data analysis uses interactive analysis of Miles and Huberman The conclusion of the study states that, in practice, the use of Instagram social media by doctors in building social interactions with patients/community is still contains elements of promotion, therefore, it can be declared that the use of Instagram social media is still not in accordance with the professional code of ethics of the doctor.</p><p>Keywords; Doctor; Instagram; Social Interaction; Social Media.</p><p>ABSTRAK</p><p>Media sosial sebagai sarana membangun interaksi sosial di kalangan dokter terkadang digunakan dengan cara yang menyalahi kode etik profesional dokter untuk keuntungan pribadi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan media sosial instagram oleh dokter dalam melakukan interaksi sosial dan mengetahui kesesuaian dokter dalam menggunakan media sosial dengan kode etik profesi dokter. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian berupa data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara terhadap narasumber penelitian yang terdiri dari ahli kode etik kedokteran, dokter pengguna media sosial Instagram, dan pasien yang menjadi pengikut akun Instagram dokter tersebut. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Kesimpulan penelitian menyatakan bahwa penggunaan media sosial Instagram oleh dokter dalam membangun interaksi sosial dengan pasien/masyarakat luas pada praktiknya masih mengandung unsur promosi, sehingga dapat dinyatakan masih belum sesuai dengan kode etik profesi dokter.</p><p>Kata Kunci; Dokter; Instagram; Interaksi Sosial; Media Sosial.</p>
Fenomena globalisasi terjadi di berbagai belahan dunia yang juga terjadi di Bali. Globalisasi adalah hilangnya batasan informasi dan globalisasi terjadi di aspek ekonomi, politik bahkan hingga kebudayaan. Dalam penelitian ini akan membahas dampak dari globalisasi dimana pakaian yang sebagai salah satu bentuk komunikasi seorang individu. Dengan tujuan adalah mengetahui alasan para generasi Z Bali memilih pakaian yang modern dan memahami kaitan atau dampak globalisasi terhadap gaya berpakaian gen Z Bali. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data premier yang diperoleh dari para narasumber yaitu gen Z Bali dan narasumber ahli melalui wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka diketahui bahwa fenomena globalisasi jelas memberikan dampak kepada para gen Z Bali dalam pemilihan gaya berpakaian. Pakaian modern seperti menggunakan kaos, kemeja, rok, celana jeans yang digunakan untuk keseharian oleh para gen Z memang dilakukan juga oleh lingkungannya. Gaya pakaian kebaya dan kemeja dan kamen sebagai pakaian sehari-hari sudah hilang tergeser dengan pakaian modern karena aspek kenyamanan. Namun gaya pakaian khas Bali yaitu kebaya dan kemeja dan kamen sekarang berubah nilai menjadi pakaian khusus acara keagamaan atau acara adat.
Riau Televisi (Riau TV) is the first local television station in the Riau region located in the city of Pekanbaru. As a local television station in Riau, Riau TV clearly has to compete with national television stations, in fighting for viewers in the Riau region. In order to be able to compete with broadcasts from national television, as local television, Riau TV has a special strategy in broadcasting programs, including for marketing targets. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategy carried out by Riau TV, in facing competition with National TV and maintaining its existence as a local TV in Riau. The theory underlying the research is the theory of Media Ecology by Dimmick and Rothenbuhler. In media ecology theory, Dimmick and Rotherbuhler revealed that media needs life-supporting sources, namely types of content, types of audience. and capital. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods and data collection through interviews with Riau TV directors and management, observation and document collection for research purposes. The paradigm used in this study is constructivism. The main focus in this research is to find out what strategies Riau TV has taken to be able to compete with national TV in maintaining its existence. The results of this study concluded, to be able to compete with National TV, Riau TV has a strategy, among others; (1) Strategies for local content TV programs to capture the local audience market, (2) Strategies to expand cooperation networks with local governments, (3) Strategies utilizing internet technology and (4) Strategies to hold off air activities and special moments
This study is trying to fill the research gap by understanding how several important financial variables interplay and affect the macroeconomic indicators, especially in developing country like Indonesia during the financial crisis period caused by the unexpected and sudden Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. The purpose of this research is to determine the direct effect of the inflation rate, Bank Indonesia (BI) rate, and Balance of Trade on the movement of Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) currency stability against US Dollar (USD) and indirect impact to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Composite index in Indonesia during the initial stage of the pandemic outbreak. To achieve the research objectives, this study uses the Rupiah exchange rate against USD and IDX Composite index as the dependent variables, while the Inflation rate (CPI), BI rate, and Balance of Trade as the independent variables. The quantitative methodology is used in this research by applying linear and multiple simple regression techniques. The results of this research show that the Inflation rate, BI rate, and Balance of Trade were significantly affecting the Rupiah exchange rate against the USD, and it found that the most dominant variable in this model was the BI rate. The Inflation rate and Balance of Trade partially had no direct significant influence toward the movement of the Rupiah exchange rate against the USD during the critical anticipation period of Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. Furthermore, Rupiah exchange rate against the USD gave a significant influence toward the IDX Composite index.
