Community social welfare improvement programs carried out by the government must be responded to positively by Islamic education. Islamic education needs to develop a new formula as a solution for community economic development, one of which is by integrating the concept of Islamic education with the idea of entrepreneurial education. This research includes literary research that examines the integration of Islamic education concepts with entrepreneurial concepts. Data collection techniques are done by collecting data from journals, books, newsletters, and online articles. This research aims to describe the idea of integration of Islamic education with entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship can stimulate the community's economic growth so that the integration of Islamic education and entrepreneurship can also become an Islamic education solution to society's financial problems. In practice, entrepreneurial education implemented by the government is still partial, so it is necessary to study the concept of the integration of Islamic education and entrepreneurship. This research shows there are three values of integration of Islamic education and entrepreneurship, namely creative values, independent values, and leadership values. The strategy of integration of Islamic education and entrepreneurship is implemented through the construction of creative, independent, and leadership values in the Islamic education curriculum so that the study of concepts regarding the integration of Islamic education and entrepreneurship is needed.
Urgensi kepercayaan diri terhadap pendidik merupakan salah satu modal utama dan aspek terpenting yang harus dimiliki. Karena dengan rasa percaya diri yang tinggi pendidik akan mampu menyampaikan ragam tugas fungsinya yang wajib dilaksanakan dalam dunia pendidikan. Pendidik adalah orang yang mengajarkan ilmu pada setiap manusia dan manusia juga memiliki kewajiban untuk mentrasfer ilmu kepada orang lain agar hadirnya kemaslahatan bagi seluruh manusia. Sebagai pendidik dalam menjalankan kewajibanya dituntut untuk meningkatkan tugas dan peranannya yang erat kaitannya dengan perubahan. Selain melaksankan dasar yang harus di terpenuhi, diantaranya: kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi, kepribadian, kompetensi, sosial, kompetensi keprofesionalan dan kompetensi kepemimpinan. Oleh karenanya urgensitas kepercayaan diri terhadap pendidik sangatlah penting dan harus menjadi tongkat utama dalam dunia pendidikan.
This study started from data of Riskesdas of the Ministry of Health which regards Special Region of Yogyakarta as a region with a good habit of defecating. However, according to a research conducted by the Environment Agency in Yogyakarta, all rivers in this region contain faecal colibacteria far above the threshold. This study aims to explain the factors that led to contamination of rivers by faecal colibacteria in Yogyakarta. The researcher conducted observation in the rivers in Yogyakarta and interviewed some people who lived near the rivers regarding their habit and knowledge about the rivers’ condition. This study concluded that the habit of defecating in rivers is rarely found in Yogyakarta and such habit will diminish naturally. However, there are some behaviors which give similar effects as defecating in rivers. The society does not know that such behaviors could lead to the presence of faecal colibacteria. More importantly, although the rivers in Yogyakarta contain faecal colibacteria which UNICEF considers as harmful, the society does not confirm that such condition is harmful. This way, such unhealthy behavior of the society still exists.
Purpose: The study examines the rehabilitation and reconstruction of a community and community-based settlement post-earthquake in Banguntapan District, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Design/Methodology/Approach: The research uses qualitative analysis. Procedures used in data collection included observation, interviews and existing documentation. To ensure the validity of data, the author used triangulation. The analysis method used is qualitativeinteractive analysis, which consists of three activities that run simultaneously, namely; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Findings: The results show that the basic approach adopted by Re-Kompak JRF is the participation of the community through the combination of development based on community groups and value-based development. Practical implications: Development based on community groups means to position the people in the community as the main actors who are believed to be able to take important decisions about their lives and be able to organize their settlement recovery with appropriate assistance. Originality/Value: Development is based on value, meaning that settlement development must be a means of developing values toward social capital development.
