This research aims to examine the reading behavior of Takalar 1 High School students by using the information selection process analyst . The research was conducted because it was motivated by the low level of literacy in Indonesian society , including in Takalar District in the midst of the huge penetration of information technology . Research carried out by using a qualitative narrative method . Informants from the group of students is determined by random stratification , while the informant of the group of employees of the library is determined based on criteria specified . Results of the study showed that the behavior of reading students SMA Negeri 1 Takalar not support to the direction of the acceleration of literacy because they are actively doing the selection of the information that is up to him . Selection of these include selective exposure , selective attention , and selective retention . Selection is done based on the needs of affective , needs the integration of social , and needs escapist. Suggested perform interference to evoke the need cognitive them in order to conduct read them not just read for the need to look for entertainment and fun self
Educational institutions are a learning environment that is a planned container that is believed to be able to change or shape children's character to be better than before with all their potential. The learning environment should be understood as an important factor in shaping the character of students after the family environtment. The thing that needs to be considered in the success of character education in schools is a conducive-academic environment.The school environment can affect the child's personality, and from the environment, students will learn and shape their character naturally.The result showed the things that affect to character formation in educational institution at Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi’iyah area conducive learning environment and then in its implementation exemplary models, habituation, and discipline from all parties so that there is a real role model for students how to give examples of real character in life.
Pelatihan jurnalistik, dengan pola ceramah yang klasik sudah tidak bisa diharapkan memberikan hasil maksimal, terlebih patron media massa berita telah bergerak kearah online. Untuk Indonesia, peralihan basis media ke online, berpotensi menimbulkan implikasi hukum yang tidak kecil bagi wartawan. Kajian dasar jurnalistik kontemporer, sudah harus disandingkan dengan pengetahuan teknologi digital media. Mesin cetak dan kertas, bukan lagi pemegang mahkota bagi media massa era kini. Semua telah diambil alih professional bidang Informasi dan Teknologi (IT). Wartawan hanya menjadi satu dari elemen lainnya yang memegang kunci informasi bisa tersebar dan sampai ke tangan pembaca. Pelatihan ini bertujuan mengubah cara lama, yang masih mengedepankan pengenalan elemen dasar berita, menaikkannya ke posisi setara dengan kemampuan seorang wartawan atau reporter dalam mengolah informasi menjadi berkualitas, tentu saja dengan bobot menghindarkan mereka dari jerat hukum. Pelatihan ini singkat, dengan durasi waktu tiga hari, dan menitikberatkan pada kemampuan wartawan atau reporter dalam menyeleksi fakta, melengkapinya dan kemudian menuliskan, sebelum dipublikasikan di portal berita atau media mereka. Penggunaan pola ‘H3’ (Head, Heart and Hand), diyakini menambah kemampuan dan ketajaman analisis seorang wartawan atau reporter, sebelum memulai penulisan beritanya. Pola ini bisa saja telah berlangsung di banyak tempat pelatihan, namun untuk wilayah Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia, terbilang baru.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan Wartawan, Pola Tiga H, Kualitas Berita, Media MassaABSTRACTJournalistic training, with a classic lecture pattern, cannot be expected to give maximum results, especially since the news mass media patrons have moved towards online. For Indonesia, the shift from the media base to online has the potential to have significant legal implications for journalists. The basic study of contemporary journalism must be juxtaposed with knowledge of digital media technology. Printing and paper machines are no longer crown holders for today's mass media. All have been taken over by professionals in the Information and Technology (IT) field. Journalists are only one of the other elements who hold the key to information being spread and reaching the readers' hands. This training aims to change the old way, which still prioritizes the introduction of the basic elements of news, raising it to a position equivalent to the ability of a journalist or reporter to process information into quality, of course with the weight of preventing them from being caught in the law. This training is short, with a duration of three days, and focuses on the journalist's or reporter's ability to select facts, complete them and then write them down, before being published on their news portal or media. The use of the pattern "H3" (Head, Heart and Hand), is believed to increase the ability and sharpness of a reporter or reporter's analysis, before starting to write news. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan media pembelajaran agar dapat dijadikan media tambahan belajar di Asrama Bahasa Syu’batul Lughoh Al-Khoiriyah (SLK) serta merancang dan mendesain media pembelajaran yang bermanfaat untuk tutor dan siswi. Aplikasi ini merancang dan mendesain sebuah media pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan aplikasi Adobe Flash CS6. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswi di Asrama Bahasa Syu’batul Lughoh Al-Khoiriyah. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) dimana dalam metode ini terdapat lima tahapan yaitu concept, design, material collecting, assembly, dan testing. Manfaat dari media pembelajaran ini adalah dapat membantu perkembangan proses belajar mengajar di SLK dan dapat mempermudah tutor SLK dalam memberikan materi kepada siswi.
Kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi pada pembelajaran di sekolah MTs Nurut Taqwa Cermee Bondowoso yang saat ini masih menggunakan sistem pembelajaran konvensional yaitu harus bertemu langsung antara guru dan siswa. sehingga ditemukan proses belajar mengajar yang belum efektif dan efesien. Agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran disebuah sekolah tentunya guru dan siswa diharapkan dapat berinteraksi secara praktis dan efektif tanpa harus terhalang dan terbatas hanya pada lingkungan sekolah ataupun kelas. E-Learning memungkinkan terjadinya kegiatan proses belajar mengajar di luar jam sekolah, hal tersebut memberikan suasana yang berbeda karena belajar tidak hanya didalam kelas saja, namun dengan adanya fasilitas website proses pembelajaran belajar akan terasa lebih menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi E-learning Berbasis Web Menggunakan PHP dan Mysql di MTs Nurut Taqwa Cermee Bondowoso. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu metode waterfall. Sistem informasi dibangun dapat mengolah proses pembelajaran seperti data guru, data siswa, data materi, data tugas dan data ujian.
