This research was conducted to describe the profile of students’ critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration skills in science learning on environmental pollution material. This research uses a descriptive quantitative research method. The population in this study was all students of class VII, 300 students in total. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique with a total of 30 students. The instruments used in this study were a test (multiple choice questions and essays) and a non-test in the form of a questionnaire. The results showed that the critical thinking skill of students is in the low class in average, the creative thinking skill of students is in the low class, and the collaboration skill of students in the low class. The results of this study can be used as material for teacher evaluation, especially science teachers so that they can pay attention to the learning process and facilitate students with the use of appropriate models and strategies and the availability of teaching materials and media that can practice these three skills.

Life satisfaction is an important thing for workers and companies, if life satisfaction is not fulfilled it will have an unfavorable impact. A good workplace experience results in an optimistic psychology and produces a high sense of happiness, and has an impact on life satisfaction. In the spillover theory, it is found that the influence aspect of work is determined by the surrounding environment. This research was conducted on Domestic Container Terminal workers in Indonesia. Where the sampling used is purposive sampling method with the criteria of employees who have a working period of more than 2 years. Data acquisition using survey methods, by means of questionnaire data distributed online using Google-form with Whatsapp social media. This study used a sample of 245 respondents with a total of 49 items. The results of the study can be used by companies, namely how to maintain the life satisfaction of workers, so that workers continue to get positive spillovers which can directly help the company to achieve the set targets. With this, employers can make future strategies in the field of Human Resources related to how to increase bonding with workers so that harmony between employers and workers is well created, one of which is by the way companies must pay attention to job stress experienced by workers by providing opportunities for workers to be involved in the organization, then providing work motivation by providing promotion and career development opportunities. It can be interpreted that everything leads to worker life satisfaction so that it can have a positive impact on individuals and organizations.

Permasalahan yang terjadi di lapangan yaitu media pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru kurang bervariasi, yaitu hanya menggunakan media seperti LCD,media gambar, dan media berupa video yang monoton dan kurang mendukung dalam proses pembelajaran dalam mata pelajaran khususnya TIK guru juga kebanyakan hanya menjelaskan teori di dalam kelas dan kurang melakukan praktik sehingga menyebabkan siswa kurang mampu mengeksplorasikan kreativitasnya sehingga kreativitas belajar siswa kurang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket sebagai metode pokok sedangkan dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara sebagai metode pelengkap. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data statistik dengan rumus t-test. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai t-hitungsebesar 15,768 dan nilai t-tabel pada taraf Signifikansi5% dengan db(N-1) = 23-1=22 lebih besar daripada nilai t-tabel (15,768 > 1,717), berarti bahwa H_0ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berbunyi: AdaPengaruh Media Packet Tracer Terhadap Kreativitas Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran TIK Kelas IX di SMPN 2 Pujut Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini “signifikan”.Kata Kunci: Media Packet Tracer, Kreativitas Belajar
