Seventy Escherichia coli isolates recovered from diseased chickens diagnosed with colibacillosis in Henan Province, China, between 2004 and 2005 were characterized for antimicrobial susceptibility profiles via a broth doubling dilution method. Overall, the isolates displayed resistance to trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole (100%), oxytetracycline (100%), ampicillin (83%), enrofloxacin (83%), and ciprofloxacin (81%), respectively. Among the phenicols, resistance was approximately 79% and 29% for chloramphenicol and florfenicol, respectively. Molecular detection revealed that the incidence rates of the floR, cmlA, cat1, cat2 and cat3 were 29, 31, 16, 13, and 0%, respectively. Additionally, 10% of the isolates were positive for both floR and cmlA. As these antimicrobial agents may potentially induce cross-resistance between animal and human bacterial pathogens, their prudent use in veterinary medicine is highly recommended.
Concrete-filled special-shaped (L-shaped, T-shaped, and cross-shaped, and etc.) steel tube column is a type of member in which concrete is poured into special-shaped steel tube so that steel and concrete support loads together. It improves the seismic behaviors of reinforced concrete special-shaped columns due to the better confining effects provided by the steel tube. A test research on the seismic behaviors of one concrete-filled T-shaped steel tube column with pseudo static method is presented and the load-displacement curve and skeleton curve are provided. Series of steel bar stiffeners were welded onto the steel tube in order to postpone the buckling of steel tube and to enhance confining effects. A numerical analysis program was developed using a fiber-based method. The constitutive model of concrete employed the modified Mander model, and that of steel employed a bi-linear model considering the Bausinger effect. The numerical analysis program was verified by the test results and parametric analysis was carried out, in which the influences of the ratio of axial compression stress to strength, steel tube thickness and concrete strength were mainly discussed. The following conclusions are obtained: with the increase of the ratio of axial compression stress to strength, the bearing capacity of member increases and the energy dissipation capacity improve, while the ductility deteriorates. With the increase of steel tube thickness, the initial rigidity, bearing capacity, ductility and energy dissipation capacity improves simultaneously. With the increase of concrete strength, the bearing capacity increases, the energy dissipation capacity improves, while the ductility deteriorates.
The purpose of this study was to provide a unified modelling framework of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Firstly, the paper presented a Total Object Unified Model(TOUM) method which was used to abstract the concepts of manufacturing domain, format the meta-model of manufacturing data, construct the data model of PLM; Secondly, this paper presented three kinds of architectures based on TOUM to unify and simplify model, which are development architecture, deployment architecture and application architecture. At last, a model instance applied in a PLM product-CAXA V5 was shown based on the method of TOUM to confirm the validity of this method. This paper has provided a reference operation model and method for Product Lifecycle Management.
In this paper, we study the minimality properties of random exponential systems in , where is a weighted Banach space of complex continuous functions of on with vanishing at infinity, in the uniform norm with respect to the weight . We prove that, if is incomplete in , then is minimal and each function in can be extended to an entire function respresented by a Dirichlet series.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
