Village funds are a form of assistance from the government as a means of supporting and stimulating development and community empowerment in the village. The purpose of this study was to determine the supervision of village funds by the village consultative body in Batumatoru village, Lariang district, Pasangkayu Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research method by adopting escort theory. According to Sondang P Siagian there are two indicators of supervision namely direct supervision and indirect supervision. Data collection techniques are carried out through field research which includes observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used is data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. By using a purposive technique with a total of 7 informants. The results showed that the implementation of supervision of village funds in Batumatoru Village was still not optimal. Due to lack of supervision in the implementation of the use of village funds, both directly and indirectly. This was heard by complaints from the public regarding the government's performance in implementing the use of village funds.
This research is related to public behavior in implementing health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic in Toli-Toli Regency. Aims to find out how the public behaves in the application of health protocols. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through three stages, namely, observation, then interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the knowledge aspect is well implemented from the government related to providing education or outreach directly and indirectly to the community related to the dangers of Covid-19 disease. In the Sikpa aspect, it is not in line with the knowledge aspect, where the community is largely ignorant of the application of health protocols. This attitude of indifference or disobedience greatly affects the health protocol policies that have been instructed by the government. This is in line with the last aspect, namely Action, in the previous aspect, namely the attitude that has shown a community response that is indifferent to the application of health protocols and by itself the musty actions are not carried out as expected. Based on the results of the research above, the researchers concluded that the lack of public awareness of the importance of maintaining health and avoiding the deadly disease Covid-19 in Toli-Toli Regency.
Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah An-Naarojil di Desa Kalukubula Kecamatan Sigi Biromaru Kabupaten Sigi. Dasar penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan tipe penelitiannya deskriptif. Jenis data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data, dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik penarikan informan menggunakan purposive. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Hersey dan Blanchard yang terdiri dari Instruksi, Konsultasi, Partisipasi dan Delegasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti melalui data yang diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sehubungan dengan pembahasan mengenai kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah An-Naarojil di Desa Kalukubula Kecamatan Sigi Biromaru Kabupaten Sigi, maka penulis mengambil kesimpulan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, masih belum maksimal karena kepala sekolah dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai pemimpin yaitu masih rendahnya kemampuan kepala madrasah dalam membangkitkan dan memupuk kepercayaan pada diri para pendidik dan staff madrasah, kemampuan kepala madrasah dalam membina kerja sama dalam memajukan dan melaksanakan program-program pendidikan keagaamaan juga masih rendah, Kemampuan kepala madrasah dalam mendorong para pendidik serta staf madrasah agar penuh kerelaan dan tanggung jawab berpartisipasi secara efektif pada setiap usaha–usaha sekolah untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan madrasah dengan sebaik-baiknya, juga belum optimal. Dalam hal ini kepala sekolah kurang aktif dan berpartisipasi dalam berbagai kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di sekolah maupun di luar sekolah dan lebih banyak mendelegasikannya kepada guru atau staf sekolah. Selain itu, kepala sekolah kurang aktif berkomunikasi dengan para guru dan peserta didik.
