Penelitian ini didasari oleh adanya permasalahan peserta didik yang mengalami kesulitan mempelajari kosa kata bahasa Mandarin dan permasalahan pendidik dalam memilih media yang kreatif, inovatif dan efektif untuk mendukung peserta didik belajar secara mandiri. Permasalahan tersebut dikarenakan peserta didik cenderung kesulitan dalam mengingat karakter hanzi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh peserta didik yang kurang terbiasa mempelajari kosakata secara mandiri dan kurangnya variasi media yang dapat menarik minat belajar peserta didik. Meskipun media yang digunakan cukup beragam, akan tetapi belum ada media yang efektif untuk memaksimalkan pembelajaran. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, peneliti berupaya mengembangkan media yang berupa game edukasi berbasis smartphone android yaitu game Chinese Find Object. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu 1) mengetahui analisis kebutuhan pendidik dan peserta didik terhadap game Chinese Find Object 2) mengetahui prototipe game Chinese Find Object, 3) mengetahui validasi penilaian ahli media dan ahli materi terhadap prototipe game Chinese Find Object, dan 4) mengetahui tanggapan siswa terhadap media game edukasi Chinese Find Objcet.. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (RD) dengan lima tahapan, yaitu (1) analisis kebutuhan (2) perancangan desain (3) implementasi desain (4) pengujian dan validasi ahli, (5) revisi media, dan (6) uji coba kelayakan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan, menunjukkan bahwa pendidik dan peserta didik menghendaki adanya pengembangan media baru yang kreatif, inovatif dan fleksibel yang dilengkapi dengan animasi dan audio yang sesuai, dan media dapat dioperasikan di smartphone android dalam versi apapun. Media menggunakan bahasa Inggris- Mandarin sebagai pengantar dan kosakata HSK 1 dan HSK 2.This research is done because students have difficulties in learning Chinese vocabulary and teachers'problems are choosing creative, innovative and effective learning media to enable students to learn by themselves. This problem is because it is di fficult for students to remember Chinese characters. Students are not accustomed to learning vocabulary without teachers and lack of interesting learning media. Although many learning media are used, there is no effective learning media to improve the qualit y of learning. To solve this problem, researchers have developed an educational game Android smartphone based on learning media, that is, Chinese Find Object game. The purpose of this research is:1) to understand the needs teachers and students of Chinese Find Object game 2) to know the prototype of Chinese Find Object game; 3) to know and verify the Chinese Find Object game of media experts and language experts; and 4) to know students responses to the educational media game Chinese Find Objcet.. The research is carried out in five stages, i. e. (1) demand analysis, (2) make a design, (3) design implementation, (4) expert testing and verification, (5) media improvement, and (6) media trials. According to the needs of analysis, teachers and students hope to develop a new creative, innovative and flexible media with appropriate animation and audio, as well as media that can operate on any version of Android smartphones. <em>Needs analysis is a study whose information serves as the basis for developing a particular product. Researchers will collect information and data related to the development of employee assessment instruments through needs analysis. Employee performance assessment is one of the important indicators of the quality of the human resources department of an organization or company. This research uses descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. The subject of the study is the need for the development of employee assessment instruments CV Jetindo Niaga Utama, Semarang city, while the object of research is all employees from CV Jetindo Niaga Utama. Results from this research is, 1) the need for the development of employee assessment instruments using a website-based 360-degree method, and 2) factors that support and hinder the analysis of the need for the development of employee assessment instruments using a website-based 360-degree method. Based on the results of the needs analysis, almost all employees argue that the need to develop assessment instruments, indicated that 59% of employees answered in dire need of instrument development and 38% chose to require instrument development.. The results of this research will be used as a research basis for the development of CV Jetindo Niaga Utama employee assessment instruments using a website-based 360-degree method</em>
