The leakage of the wax during the casting of the candle using conventional canting hampers the process of making batik, especially coloring, thereby damaging the motif and reducing the quality of written batik. The solution given is related to the problem of leakage of night wax through E-Canting which is modified from conventional canting using an Arduino nano microcontroller, connected to a temperature sensor, heater plate, and servo to facilitate batik craftsmen in waxing. The use of a microcontroller connected to a temperature sensor to maintain a stable temperature and viscosity of the night wax with the process of releasing the wax is regulated using a lever system that is connected via a servo. The manufacture of E-Canting is carried out in three stages, namely coding through Arduino IDE (Integrated Development Environment) software, assembling components using solder by connecting Arduino nano to other electronic components such as temperature sensors, heater plates, servos, LCDs, and incorporating the E-Canting framework. and electronic components. The energy used by the E-Canting is in the form of electricity which is channeled through the battery so that batik craftsmen can use the E-Canting as needed. The use of E-Canting is able to stabilize the temperature and viscosity of the night wax so as to minimize the occurrence of leakage. E-Canting is able to melt night wax with the required viscosity of 5.54 Pa at 80° in 3.39 minutes which has the potential to increase the amount of quality batik production.

Tapanuli Utara yang bertujuan membantu mitra dalam proses pemanggangan kacang untuk menghasilkan kacang yang berkualitas tinggi dengan cita rasa yang gurih dan renyah. Pembuatan alat pemanggang kacang menggunakan bahan utama berupa plat alumunium, besi siku, termocouple, dan arduino. Metode yang digunakan dalam proses pembuatan alat pemanggang kacang dimulai dari pembuatan alat, pengumpulan alat dan bahan yang berkualitas, pembuatan alat pemanggang kacang berbasis digital, uji coba, dan pendampingan. Proses pembuatan alat dilakukan secara blended yaitu daring dan luring dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Sistem pemantauan berbasis digital mampu bekerja dengan baik dalam mencatat suhu dan waktu pemanggangan kacang. Suhu yang dibutuhkan untuk memanggang kacang sebesar 70-850C dengan lamanya waktu pemanggangan berkisar 90 menit. Penggunaan alat pemanggang kacang berbasis digital membantu meningkatkan jumlah produksi kacang sihobuk dan memperbaiki cita rasa kacang yang gurih dan mengurangi jumlah kacang yang gosong sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan income mitra.
Artificial Intelligence-based shoe oven design has been carried out to provide an even heating process for leather shoes so that the shoe bends are perfect. The process of making leather shoes is carried out in several stages, namely designing an oven using solid work software, collecting quality tools and materials, making shoe ovens, making Arduino programs and Artificial Intelligence applications using MIT App Inventor, and testing. The shoe oven has two main chambers, namely the combustion chamber and the shoe heating chamber. The shoe oven works with the help of an Artificial Intelligence application that can monitor and control the oven with a maximum distance of 5 meters through the monitoring mode and the input set setting mode. The shoe oven is set to a temperature of (50-55)oC with a heating time of (30-60) minutes and has the ability to withstand constant heat for 45 minutes to dry the leather and perfect the curve of the shoe with the help of Arduino. Artificial Intelligence-based shoe ovens can improve shoe quality in a faster and controlled time.
