Abstrak: Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa melalui pendekatan Pendidikan Matematika Realistik (PMR). Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas VII-2 SMP Negeri 6 Banda Aceh yang melibatkan enam siswa. Kemampuan representasi siswa dianalisis dari hasil tes dan wawancara setelah penerapan PMR melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil tes, subjek penelitian dikategorikan menjadi siswa dengan kemampuan representasi matematika tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Keenam siswa tersebut diwawancara untuk mengonfirmasi hasil tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa siswa yang berkemampuan tinggi dan sedang memenuhi ketiga indikator kemampuan representasi matematis yaitu menyajikan data atau informasi dari suatu masalah ke representasi tabel, menyelesaikan masalah yang melibatkan ekspresi matematis, serta menuliskan langkah-langkah penyelesaian masalah matematika dengan kata-kata. Siswa berkemampuan rendah memenuhi dua indikator kemampuan representasi matematis yaitu menyelesaikan masalah yang melibatkan ekspresi matematis dan menuliskan langkahlangkah penyelesaian masalah matematika dengan kata-kata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi profesional guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri 8 Prabumulih menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif etnografi dan fenomenologis. Penelitian menggunakan sampel populasi yakni sampel penelitian sama dengan jumlah populasi yakni 62 orang guru dan pegawai. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif naratif yang diterapkan dengan tiga jalur yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa: 1) kompetensi Guru SMP Negeri 8 Prabumulih relatif baik; 2) upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dan guru dalam mengembangkan kompetensi professional dengan mengikuti diklat, pelatihan penataran, workshop, dan kelompok kerja guru, dan 3) kendala yang dihadapi diantaranya penguasaan ilmu dan teknologi yang masih kurang, kurang kreatifitas guru, guru yang mengajar bukan dibidangnya
الابن الصالح حلم و أمنية كل أم و أب، الصلاح يكون بزرع الأخلاق الحميدة في الطفل منذ سنواته الأولى، و التربية الصلاحة لا تكن بالأوامر و القوانين بل يكتسبها الطفل مما حوله و يراها متجسدة في تصرفات والديه، ثم في البيئة المحيطة به، و في أغلب الحيان تكون طريقة التريبة فطرية بمعنى أن الصح و الخطأ أمور بديهية و لكنها في هذه الأيام أصبحت غير ذلك إذا اختلفت الموازيين اختلفت الآراء حول الصواب و الخطأ، فنجد كثير من الآباء والأمهات يبحثون عن طرق تريبة الأطفال و تنشأتهم تنشأه سوية، لذا نتعرف في الطور التالية على أفضل تلك الطرق و التي قد تكون هي الأنفع و الأصلح لأولدنا. هذه الحالة الوالدين محركا رئيسيا في تحسين إمكانات الأطفال وسيلة لتحفيز وتقديم التسهيلات المختلفة التي تحتاج إليها.
A blooming of Microcytis aeruginosa occurred in Maninjau Lake in 2000. Mass fish killed happened frequently due to deterioration of water quality in this lake. This study is aimed to observe the current environmental condition, fishery resources status and the state of development process of comanagement regime in Maninjau Lake. Water quality parameter such as temperature, conductivity, turbidity, pH and dissolved oxygen (DO) were measured in situ by using Horiba U-10 water checker. Total nitrogen, ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, total phosphorous, orthophosohate and chlorophyll-a parameter were analyzed using standard method. Phytoplankton was analyzed by Lackey Drop Microtransect. Fish samples were obtained from fishers’ catch. Fisheries data were collected by enumerator, through Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and questioner list methods. Stakeholder analysis was conducted by focus group interview and discussion. In general, water quality parameters were suitable for the life of aquatic organisms except for DO and ammonia. These parameters indicated that the water quality of lake was still undergoing degradation process. Maninjau Lake is rich of nutrient as indicated by abundance of blue green algae. Bada fish (Rasbora argyrotaenia) is an important commodity and the fisheries significantly contributes to local people’ income. Current fisheries problems indicate the urgency of the management and conservation efforts. Several stakeholder groups showed their interest in management. The increment of institutional sustainability concern was reflected by the emergence of local wisdom and the demand for participatory development and management.
