Educational and learning activities are the basis of human existence, so that humans cannot be separated from teaching and learning activities. This study aims to determine Pancasila character education in teaching materials to form civic disposition of students. The research design uses a qualitative approach and the method used is a case study. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Testing the validity of data by extension of observation and triangulation. Data processing and analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study show that Pancasila values are integrated in the material of teaching materials of students and form the character of citizens who are religious, humanitarian, national unity, populist and deliberative or democratic, and social justice.
This research used to determine the effect of giving Moringa leaf extract on lowering blood pressure in elderly hypertension patients in Ngrandah Village, Toroh District, Grobogan Regency. The type of research that is used in this research is quantitative using a quasi-experimental research design with a Control Group Design approach. The sampling method that used in this study was Qouta Sampling (Judgment Sampling). It was found 26 respondents that were divided into 2 groups, namely 13 respondents of Moringa leaf extract as case group and the control group who consumed the drug, 13 respondents. The Results of this research is based on a computerized analysis with Paired T Test result, the effect of offering Moringa leaf extract on blood pressure reduction in elderly hypertension patients in Ngrandah Village, Toroh District, Grobogan Regency, obtained a value of ρ value of 0.000 < α (0.05). Furthermore, using the Independent Test to get a value of ρ value of 0.000 < α (0.05). Conclusions: From the results of the above research, it can be concluded that there is an effect of giving Moringa leaf extract on reducing blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients in Ngrandah Village, Toroh District, Grobogan Regency.
The Betteng Pellet Tradition is a tradition of the Madurese people for those who are entering four to seven months of pregnancy for their first child. The purpose of this study was to describe the meaning and value of the Betteng Pellet tradition in the Madurese Tribe Community in Sungai Malaya Village, Sungai Ambawang District, Kubu Raya. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-ethnographic approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. So that this research can be realized the implementation of this tradition is marked by the demons of several community leaders (Ustadz / Kyai) and the community, this tradition is as a song as well as a way in seeking blessings, fluency and convenience, and has value in strengthening family ties, creating a sense of togetherness, caring for friendship and most importantly maintaining the betteng pellet tradition so that its existence continues to be a necessity for the Madurese people as well as providing an understanding to the next generation about the purpose and importance of the betteng pellet tradition as a legacy of the ancestors or ancestors of the Madurese people.
-The teaching process of civics education at schools which tends to be teacher centered that without our knowing it may put an end to students' courage to take initiative, kill the desire on their part to express their opinions and bear any resultant consequences, are not ready to enter into arguments and have different opinions and less able to live in diversity. This research aimed to develop teaching inquiry model basing on value/democracy towards enrichment of students' critical thinking ability in the teaching learning of civics education. This study used qualitative approach. Data collection is carried out through observations, in-depth interviews and documentary studies. The results of this research indicate that value/democracy based inquiry model being developed is the teaching, learning model of civics education emphasizing on the process of search and find oneself the answer to a problem. The learning phases consequently applied are: orientation, formulation of problems, hypothesis formulation, data collection, hypothesis testing and drawing of conclusions. In its implementation, students are positioned as learners and teachers as questioners, facilitators, motivators and administrators. Teachers make every effort possible to create a responsive and interesting and enjoyable situation to the students. In the course of studies, teacher's guide and direct students by applying the values of freedom, responsibility, and agreement, pluralistic and tolerant.
