This study aims to determine the Global Mindset, Individual Characteristics, and Individual Characteristics on Employee Work Performance with Intervening Variable Organizational Commitment PT. PG Candi Baru. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 50 employees of PT. PG Candi Baru. The analytical tool used in this research is partial least square (PLS). The results of this study prove that Global Mindset has an effect on Organizational Commitment, Individual Characteristics has an effect on Organizational Commitment, Individual Characteristics has an effect on Organizational Commitment, Global Mindset has an effect on work performance, Individual Characteristics has an effect on work performance, Individual Characteristics has an effect on work performance, Organizational Commitment affects on job performance, Global Mindset affects work performance mediated by Organizational Commitment, Individual Characteristics affects work performance mediated by Organizational Commitment, Individual Characteristics affects work performance mediated by Organizational Commitment.
This study aims to determine the effect of work stress (X1), motivation (X2), and organizational culture (X3) on employee performance (Y) through job satisfaction as an intervening variable (Z). This research has a causal concept with the aim of obtaining truth results whether proven or not. The analytical tool used in this research is path analysis technique with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for the social science) version 25 for windows. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale which was tested using validity and reliability tests. The results of this study show that (1) job stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (4) work stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. positive and significant effect on employee performance, (5) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (7) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (8) work stress positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, (9) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, (10) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
Conventional banks are banking financial institutions that function as intermediary institutions in the economic field that bring various impacts in the smooth implementation of the development of the city of Sidoarjo. For the existence and continuity of business as well as enhancing the competitiveness of Conventional Banks, good corporate governance (GCG) integration and credit restructuring are carried out. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the integration of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and credit restructuring on the business performance of Conventional Banks in Sidoarjo. This research is an explanatory research using 72 respondents, namely commissioners, main directors, compliance directors and managers of conventional banks in Sidoarjo. The variables used in this study are Managerial Ownership, Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, Credit Responding, Credit Reconditioning, Credit Restructuring and Business Performance. The analytical tool used is the PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The reason is because all variables in this study cannot be measured directly or, latent variables. The results of this study indicate that the integration of Good Corporate Governance and Credit Restructuring can be done either partially or simultaneously and is proven to have an effect on the business performance of Conventional Banks in Sidoarjo. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work experience and organizational culture on employee productivity at PT. Implora Sukses Abadi with employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable. In determining the number of samples in this study, the Porposive Sampling . formula was used so that the number of samples used in this study were 134 respondents. Data analysis technique used is path analysis.
