This research aimed to propose a model for the enhancement of service quality of the 2nd Thailand Open Master Games 2022 in Thailand. Data were collected from a sample survey of 583 participants i.e., athletes, referees, coaches, officials, team managers, volunteers, and all involved. A simple sampling was used. A particular focus of the study is if and how participant satisfaction influences participant’ expenditures. It is hypothesized and argued that expenditure depends on satisfaction relative to perceived service quality. Descriptive and regression analytical techniques were employed for data analysis. Three primary dimensions in service quality were identified in the sports context: sporting event quality, staff quality, and venue and sports facilities quality. It is empirically found that perceived service quality affected participants' satisfaction and those participants with satisfaction greater than their perceived service quality during the visit spend significantly more. The management in sports events could apply the findings in delivering services with a view to boosting customers. A limitation of this study, however, is that the satisfaction is not measured systematically taking into consideration several dimensions of satisfaction that should be addressed in future research.
This study was examined the effect of the online Game-based learning versus the Group-Based Flipped Classroom online learning experiences about drug abuse prevention on the learning achievement among grade 10 students in Bangkok, Thailand. Classroom action research was implemented among grade 10 students at high school in Bangkok selected through purposive. Two comparable classrooms were assigned to either the online game-based learning or group-based flipped online learning for 2 weeks. The instruments employed in the study consisted of: (1) a flipped classroom model with online group investigation, (2) an online game-based model as individual learning, (3) the learning achievement—drug abuse prevention cognitive test. Independent t-test was analyzed to test the effectiveness of the two interventions. It revealed there was a significant difference in the learning achievement of drug abuse prevention given to those who were exposed to online game-based learning and those who were exposed to group-based flipped classroom online learning (t= 3.945, n1= 43, n2= 39, p= 0.000). From the study, high school students who were exposed to the online game-based learning performed better to those exposed to group-based flipped classroom online learning. Teachers are to encourage students to use individual learning to improve performance.
This study was examined the effect of health promotion literacy program on knowledge and health behaviors of Ten National Health Recommendations among middle school students. Classroom action research was implemented among grade 8 students at middle school students selected purposively. Two comparable schools were assigned to the online Health Promotion Literacy Program for 3 weeks. The instruments employed in the study consisted of Health Promotion Literacy Program, questionnaire on knowledge and health behaviors, and user satisfaction survey. It revealed there was a significant difference in the learning achievement of health literacy and health behaviors of each school those who were participated in Health Promotion Literacy Program who performed posttest better than pretest the programme (t1=24.26, P1=0.000, t2=26.33, P2=0.000). It revealed there was an insignificant difference in the learning achievement of health literacy and health behaviors of both affiliations that it is shown that students who come from different schools totally have similar knowledge, perceptions, and behaviors (t=1.22, P=0.848). The students who participated in health promotion literacy program had satisfaction at good level (x ̅=4.39). From the study, health literacy promotion program on health behaviors according to the National Health Recommendations can positively affects student learning outcomes.
