Changes in intellectual capital as well as knowledge management occur as a result of technological and information developments. These changes then affect human resource management in various ways. This research looked at how intellectual capital and knowledge management can influence the development of human resource management. This research will be carried out using a qualitative approach. The data used in this study is secondary data derived from various research results and previous studies. The results of this study then found that human resource management is very important in digital technology because companies need to develop according to the current era. Therefore, people who work in the shadows as people in charge of human resource management need to have strong intellectual capital and knowledge management. The existing human resource management can develop properly by having these two things.
DAMPAK COVID-19 TERHADAP KINERJA DAN MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA DOSEN Sutangsa dan Lysda Reviyanti sutangsapls@gmail.com dan lysdarevi@gmail.com Universitas Subang dan Universitas Halim Sanusi PUI ABSTRAK The impact of the pandemic has disrupted the learning process for higher education in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of COVID-19 on lecturer performance and resource management. This research was conducted at the University of Subang on Jl. R.A. Kartini KM. 3 villages of Nyimplung, Pasirkareumbi, Kec. Subang, Subang Regency, West Java 41285. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. During the COVID-19 pandemic at the University of Subang, the lecturers' performance was less effective. It can be seen that lecturers teach not face-to-face but online. Lecturers give online lectures using Zoom, Google Classroom and Whatsapp Group. The use of Zoom and Google Meet media when delivering material to students is not without obstacles. Often, when online lectures are taking place, the internet network can be cut off or the signal is weak, and even the internet quota runs out, whether it happens to lecturers or students. Zoom technology which is free also has a time limit, and Google Meet also has a limit in the number of users. The biggest challenge when giving lectures online for approximately three months is how to know that the material we convey is sufficiently accepted and understood by students. Human Resource Management (MSDM) in the COVID-19 era at the University of Subang, namely (1) HR management, which must present a professional lecturer profession where the final output of the campus is able to produce graduates who are competent in their respective fields. (2) If one of the higher education tridharma instruments is neglected by the lecturer, for example lecturers and higher education institutions merely carry out educational and teaching functions on a regular basis and ignore other functions, then the lecturers and tertiary institutions will not have the passion as a professional education provider and in turn, it will have an impact on the low work culture of lecturers and universities. (3) Human Resources Management at the University of Subang requires lecturers to have the ability, work motivation, work discipline, work ethics, work culture, work ethic, and high work morale. (4) Human Resource Management at the University of Subang, both at the top to the lowest level of leadership and staffing as academic support, must be able to work to present professional lecturers by serving all out, taking inventory of lecturers' needs, innovating for solutions, maintaining relationships. The progress of development in the Subang Regency area demands the readiness of the local government to further improve services in various aspects/sectors including health, education, economy, as well as improving security services, community welfare, and community protection including fire affairs in accordance with existing laws and regulations. apply. With the condition of a fairly large area, the amount of infrastructure owned and the existing human resources, the responsibility for preventing and overcoming fire hazards is the responsibility of all of us, in this case the government, the community and themselves. For this reason, community empowerment through the formation of volunteer firefighters is needed in order to create self-reliance and help firefighters achieve a level of response time. The theory used in this research is planning theory and community empowerment theory. The meaning contained in planning is the basis for achieving the goals of better and orderly social change. While the theory of community empowerment explains the existence of power and the ability to give to other parties. This theory reveals that people involved in the empowerment process must have the awareness to participate actively and have the ability to increase their capacity. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods. The use of this method is intended to understand in depth the phenomenon of the community empowerment program planning process through the Formation of Volunteer Firefighters. The location of this research is the Civil Service Police Unit and the Subang Regency Fire Department. The focus of this research lies in the stages of the planning process for the empowerment program which makes the subject groups of government-assisted empowerment.
Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh dan untuk mendeskripsikan pengalaman belajar mengajar siswa, guru dan orang tua dalam pembelajaran ajarak jauh. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitan kualitatif dskriptif dengan strategi fenomenologi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah 22 siswa dan 3 orang guru dari sekolah yang berbeda. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan evaluasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil pembelajaran siswa tidak memenuhi ketuntasan klasikal, dan terdapat beberapa hambatan yang dirasakan oleh siswa, guru dan orang tua dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh diantaranya yang berkaitan dengan motivasi siwa, kesiapan guru dan partisipasi pendampingan orang tua. Implikasi dari penelitian ini sebagai masukan bagis siswa, guru dan orang ua dan sekolah untuk meningkatkan kesiapan dalam penyelenggaraan pembelajaran jarak jauh untuk menunjang hasil belajar siswa.
