Acehnese women's leadership is an interesting topic to discuss because of the strong Islamic law in Aceh. There have been several transformations in Acehnese women's leadership so it has become a topic of discussion and debate among the Acehnese people. This research aims to (1) describe the transformation of Acehnese leadership from a historical perspective and (2) describe the leadership of Acehnese women as a source of historical learning. This study is qualitative research with a historical method. The main source of this research is an article that contains the transformation of Acehnese women's leadership. The stages of this research are heuristics, verification or criticism, interpretation, and historiography. This study resulted in two findings. First, there have been several transformations of Acehnese women's leadership, including Laksamana Malahayati, Cut Nyak Dhien, and Cut Nyak Meutia. Second, Acehnese women's leadership as a source of historical learning includes the values of assertiveness, courage, and integrity as important points for the realization of student character. This research is a reference for teachers in fulfilling historical learning and for future researchers in conducting research about the transformation of Acehnese women's leadership.
Indonesian independence has caused change basically in political order and governance, also in Yogyakarta. This study aimed to Understand the concept of power changes in Yogyakarta from feudalism to democracy in local government. This study used the historical method, collecting data through a review of relevant archives, documents and previous research as well as related book references; analyzing to find the authenticity and credibility of sources; carry out interpretations with a political and sociological approach, to find historical, and produce a historiography of fundamental changes in politics and government in Yogyakarta. The results showed that there was a fundamental changed in the government structure. Yogyakarta, in time of the Duch colonial governance was a self-governing state or swapraja, Sultan as King. People’s involvement in determining policy of the government is realized through representative system. That is KNID (National Committee of Yogyakarta and DPRD (Regional Representative Council), and then holding General Election for selecting members of DPRD 1951, that is first general election in Indonesia. Transition from feudalism to democracy, caused Yogyakarta as special Regions, Sultan as governor.
The value of leadership in this country has begun to wear off. The government has tried to overcome this problem by issuing a character education policy, one of which is to instill leadership values. For this reason, the aim of this research is to integrate the values of Ben Mboi's leadership in learning history at St Arnoldus Mukun High School. The ideal leadership is leadership that follows the demands of the industrial revolution 4.0. leaders who follow the development of technology leaders must have skills in influencing, encouraging, guiding, directing, and moving others who have something to do with the implementation and development of education and teaching in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. In the present context, the concept of Ben Mboi's leadership is relevant for internalizing students. This is a qualitative research. The object of this research is history teacher and high school student ST Arnoldus Mukun. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The technique used to test the validity of the data is the triangulation technique. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis technique. The results showed that the implementation of historical learning that integrates the values of Ben Mboi's leadership has been carried out starting from the planning, implementation, and formed character. The integration of Ben Mboi's leadership values in history learning is carried out by the history teacher starting from the planning stage, which is made learning tools and implementation in the classroom.
A nation no longer relies on the superiority of natural wealth, but rather on the excellence of human resources, one of which is educators (teachers) who are able to answer challenges very quickly. Education is basically an effort to develop human resources, even though efforts to develop human resources. Problems regarding teacher performance are problems that will always be faced by the management of an organization, therefore management needs to know the factors that can affect teacher performance With withdrawal techniques sample in total sampling, the sample in this study amounted to 30 people Middle School 1 Junior High School Teacher Karang Baru District Karang Baru Aceh Tamiang District. There was a significant effect of Discipline on the performance of teachers in the Junior High School 1 Junior High School at 0.353 on teacher performance so that it can be concluded adequate discipline can determine Teacher performance will also be high even though there are other variables that support to see the results of the performance of a teacher -0.281 but it is significant to conclude that Compensation can have high results if the teacher has good Compensation. Teacher creativity influences teacher performance by 0.351 and this significant indicates that Creativity can improve performance, Discipline, Compensation and Creativity together - a significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Karang Baru First Middle School, is 24.6% while the remaining 75.4% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.
