Makalah ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (R&D) yang menghasilkan seperangkat produk media pembelajaran praktikum sistem instrumentasi analog, yaitu pembangkit sinyal (osilator) yang terdiri dari atas produk yakni: (1) alat peraga atau<em>trainer</em> yang terdiri atas osilator <em>Phase Shift</em> RC; osilator <em>Wien Bridge</em>; osilator <em>Hartley</em>; osilator <em>Colpitts</em>; dan <em>Astable Multivibrator</em>. (2) Modul praktikum pegangan dosen dan modul praktikum untuk mahasiswa, serta (3) <em>Manual Book</em>yang merupakan petunjuk penggunaan alat peraga<em>.</em> Objek peneltian dilakukan di Jurusan Teknik Elektro, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Malang (JTE FT UM) yang dilatarbelakangi oleh perlunya alat peraga osilator dilabolatoriumnya untuk menunjang kelancaran kegiatan pembelajaran. Ketiga produk telah diuji coba baik secara fungsional maupun uji kelayakan pemakaian produk yang dilakukan pada 3 (tiga) kelompok responden yakni: Ahli media, Ahli materi,dan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk telah memenuhi kriteria valid dari para ahli dan mendapat respon positif dari mahasiswa praktikan. Dengan demikian perangkat media yang dikembangkan sudah layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran praktikum.
<p>In this paper, a proposed design, fabrication and testing of sine wave oscillator “LC” type (Hartley and Colpitts oscillator) has been performed using five approaches. The first approach proposed design is done theoretically using the basic theorems used to generate oscillations, such as the condition of oscillation criteria and determine the values of capacitor (C) and inductor (L) component, Secondly it is done using simulation technique (LTSpice IV), Thirdly the simulated design is implemented practically using IC OP-AMP 741 with passive elements such as resistors, capacitors and inductors by oscilloscope and frequency generator. Fourthly design the Hartley and colpitts tool kit by 2-D and 3-D, layouting the circuit by Eagle PCB design software then package into tool box which integrated each other. Finaly, the LC-oscillator tool kit was tested such as resistor, capasitor and inductor module and write the result into tables (for jobsheet data).</p>
<p>Laboratory serves as an important facility for experiment and research activity. The limitation of time, equipment, and capacity in the experiment and research undertaking impede both students and college students in undertaking research for competition preparation, particularly dealing with line follower robot competition which requires a wide space of the room with various track types. Unsettled competition track influences PID control setting of line follower robot. This study aims at developing Virtual Laboratory (V-Lab) for students or college students who are preparing for line follower robot competition with unsettled and changeable tracks. This study concluded that the trial data score reached 98.5%, the material expert score obtained 89.7%, learning model expert score obtained 97.9%, and the average score of small group learning model and field of 82.4%, which the average score of the entire aspects obtained 90.8%.</p>
