This study attempts to analyze; 1) the effect of political product on the decision to choose the candidate of legislative member; 2) the effect of political product on the decision to choose political party; 3) the effect of the decision to choose the candidates of legislative members on the decision to choose political party; and 4) the role of mediating variable of the decision to choose the candidate of legislative member on the affect the decision to choose political party. The data were analyzed using inferential statistical analysis of Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GeSCA). It shows that 1) the political product has an effect on the decision to choose the candidate of legislative member; 2) the mediating variable of the decision to choose the candidate of legislative member plays a very important role for the constituents in taking the decision to choose political party. However, of the existing three indicators, only personal characteristic can explain the strength of the effect of political product on the selection of political party. Yet, the second hypothesis test result shows that the path coefficient is significant and provides evidence that the second hypothesis is accepted. The decision to choose political party is increa-singly stronger as a result of the decision to choose the candidate of legislative member which is in accordance with the expectations of voters. Acquisition of the party vote will increase after the constituents know the candidates proposed. The higher the popularity and quality of the candidate is, the greater the electoral gains of a party.
This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality, product innovation and lifestyle on purchasing decisions and their effect on brand image as an intervening variable at Rumah Batik Rolla Jember. The population in this study are consumers from Rumah Batik Rolla Jember. The sample used as many as 60 respondents who are consumers of the House of Batik Rolla Jember. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is path analysis with the help of SPSS 23. The results show that price and product innovation have no direct effect on brand image, while product quality and lifestyle have a direct effect on brand image. In addition, price, product quality, product innovation, lifestyle and brand image have a direct influence on purchasing decisions. Price and product innovation have no indirect effect on purchasing decisions through brand image, while product quality and lifestyle have an indirect effect on purchasing decisions through brand image.
To achieve organizational goals requires a good performance from its employees. Employee performance factors are strongly influenced by the work environment, work facilities and employee motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Work Environment, Work facilities and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Secretariat of the Bondowoso Regency DPRD either partially or simultaneously. Respondents in this study were 65 civil servants with civil servant status in the Secretariat of the DPRD Bondowoso Regency as many as 65 people who were determined using saturated sampling techniques, where all populations were sampled. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the level of influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable with the help of the SPSS for Windows program. The partial test results for the influence of work environment variables on employee performance, it is known that there is a significant influence of work environment on employee performance. For the influence of work facilities variables on employee performance, it is known that there is a significant effect of work facilities on employee performance. And for the influence of work motivation variables on employee performance, it is known that there is a significant effect of work motivation on employee performance. Simultaneous testing results, it can be concluded that the work environment, work facilities, and work motivation are proven to have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance in the Secretariat of the DPRD Bondowoso Regency. The objective of this researchwas to analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Work Atmosphere, and Career Development on Teacher Performance.The object of this research is teacher at SMAN I GambiranBanyuwangi. Type of this research was quantitative causality. Respondents who were samples in this research were 51 teachers consisting of 44 civil servant teachers and 7 non-civil servant teachers. Data analysis tool used in this research was doubled linear regression. Technically, SPSS software version 2.2 was used to analyze the data. Respondents were 51 teachers consisting of civil servant and non-civil servant teachers. The results showed that the leadership style, work atmosphere and teacher career development partially affect the improvement of teacher performance. From the analysis result, three variables simultaneously also affect the performance of teachers. While of the three independent variables studied, the dominant variablewhich affects teacher performance was the principal leadership style. The results of this researchreinforced previous studies which state that leadership style is a very important variable in improving performance. The implications of this research showed that to improve teacherperformance, the principal needed to have a leadership style which is appropriate to the character of the organization he leaded. A supportive working environment would help teachers feel comfortable and secure so that their performance improves. Similarly career development needed to be planned so that teachers had the motivation to improve performance in the long termand it would be the capital to fulfill the expectations in their career development. The advice was given to improve career development performance in SMAN 1 GAMBIRAN is by develop the principal leadership style by the improvement of task oriented stye to support the implementation of the curiculum instead.
This study aims to determine the effect of the application of SOP, reward system, training and work environment on employee work productivity at PT. BPR Willis Jember. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from respondents' responses to the questionnaire. Samples taken as many as 40 respondents with sampling techniques using probability sampling, namely by purposive sampling method. The data obtained is then processed using the SPSS analysis tool, this analysis includes validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, and statistical test through t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study show that the factors of the application of SOP, reward systems, training and work environment simultaneously affect work productivity, whereas if partially the factors for the application of SOP and training have no significant effect on work productivity, but for reward system factors and work environments have a significant towards work productivity.
