This study is carried out to examine the effect of organizational exclusion on work alienation and the support of colleagues trainers working in private sports enterprises. The sample of the research consists of 183 trainers, 21 of whom are women and 162 of whom are men working in private sports enterprises. Data were collected by way of "Personal Information Form, Organizational Exclusion, Work Alienation and Colleague Support Scales", while frequency, correlation and regression analysis were used to analyze the data that were obtained. Results show that the organizational exclusion of trainer in private sports enterprises. Organizational exclusionhas a positive effect on work alienation, and a negative effect on the support of colleagues. Therefore, it could be deduced that organizational exclusion is a strong determinant of work alienation and the colleagues support on trainers.
This Youth and Sports Services Directorate has been prepared with the aim of benefiting from the well-being and usage areas of personnel trainers, facility drivers and their users. In our research, the survey was applied as a data method and the studies were carried out on a voluntary basis. In the research, the general universe of the Esenyurt municipality, which is simple in the study of humanitarian and sports activities, 270 sampling method and 2 sampling situations.
The aim of this study is to investigate the organizational stress and organisational commitments levels of disabled (Paralympic) sports players, whether demographic properties affect organizational commitment and organizational stress, and the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational stress. In this study, surveys were given to Turkish sports players who participated in the 2016 Rio Paralympics Games, from which the study sample was constructed. Frequency, Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis, and Pearson correlation tests were used to analysis the data. The results of the analysis indicated that organisational stress and organisational commitment of physically disabled (Paralympic) athlete players were at moderate levels, there was no significant difference in organisational commitments and organisational stress levels in terms of demographical properties, and there was no significant relationship between organisational stress and organisational commitment.
This study aimed to investigate the effects of leisure meanings on work engagement of teachers from different branches. The study sample consisted of 514 teachers working in public schools in Istanbul. The survey method was used for the research, and the survey consisted of three sections: demographic information form, the Meaning of Leisure Scale (MLS), and Work Engagement Scale (WES). The data were analyzed with SPSS statistics package program, and frequency, independent samples t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and regression analysis were performed. The study results suggested a significant and positive correlation between the meaning of leisure and work engagement.
The purpose of this study was to evaluation of state and trait anxiety levels of students in Halic University, School of Physical Education and Sports, during final exams according to their age, department and year in school. For this research, 469 students (mean age 21,17 ±2,27) studying in 2014-2015-spring term were chosen randomly. As data collection tools, personal information form and Spielberger's State-Trait Anxiety Inventory which consists of 40 questions; 20 to evaluate state anxiety and 20 for trait was used. Statistical analysis of the obtained data was evaluated by SPSS 20.0 Windows program with Frequency, T-Test and Anova Analysis. As a result of the research; state and trait anxiety of students in Halic University, School of Physical Education and Sports differed in few factors. The both levels were shown differences according to the year of the students studied (p<0.05). Based on years; first, second and third year students have higher state anxiety levels than fourth whereas for trait anxiety fourth year students have the highest level (P<0,05). In conclusion, students who were in graduate situation had more anxiety level than the others.
