A method for quantitative determination of gold, lead, nickel, cobalt in a range of concentrations from mg/g to ng/g was proposed. Method consists of annealing, treatment with acids followed by extraction. Determination of nickel, cobalt and lead was carried out after the decomposition of the sample, without discharge of the sample matrix. Method was tested by certified reference material and various rock samples. Method can be applied for determination of corresponding metals in ores, rocks and waste mining industry
A method for determination of gold, lead, nickel, cobalt in a range of concentrations from mg/g to ng/g was developed. Method can be applied for determination of corresponding metals in ores, rocks and waste mining industry. Method consists of annealing, treatment with hydrofluoric acid and aqua regia followed by extraction (in the case of gold) di-n-octyl sulphide (DOS). Method was tested by certified reference material (8773-2006 РВ 3-8) and various rock samples Altai-Sayan folded area.
Abstract. The paper considers the possibilities of use of the method of stripping voltammetry for finding platinum metals in mineral gold and ore raw material. A review of new options of electro-concentration of platinum metals on the surface of graphite electrode with the following sediment electro-oxidation and receipt of an analytical signal is presented: platinum finding was carried out by picks of selective electrooxidation of iridium from intermetallic compound with platinum; gold finding was carried out by picks of gold electro-oxidation on the surface of graphite electrode modified by bismuth; palladium finding was performed by picks of palladium electro-oxidation on the surface of graphite electrode. 1M HCL solution was selected as a supporting electrolyte. Gold and hydrogen elimination on the process of palladium electro-oxidation was performed by means of UV irradiation of solution in the process of electroconcentration of palladium sediment. Gold, platinum and palladium determination was carried out in mineral gold and ore raw material of Verkhneamylskiy gold and ore district.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
