Edukacja zdalna realizowana w czasach kryzysu, wprowadzana w sposób nagły, bez uprzedniego przygotowania nauczycieli akademickich i uczelni, stanowiła dla wszystkich wykładowców nowe, nierzadko trudne doświadczenie. Konieczność korzystania z własnego sprzętu i domowego dostępu do internetu oraz brak czasu na przygotowanie realizowanych zajęć adekwatnie do wymogów technicznych i merytorycznych dydaktyki zdalnej sprawiły, że jakość edukacji uzależniona była od kompetencji i pomysłowości poszczególnych wykładowców. Proces nauczania utrudniał także brak gotowości studentów do podjęcia nauki w trybie zdalnym. Doświadczenia związane z kryzysową edukacją zdalną stały się udziałem nauczycieli akademickich większości uczelni, w których dotychczas taki tryb nauczania stanowił niewielki procent aktywności dydaktycznej. Celem podjętych w tym artykule analiz było poznanie i porównanie doświadczeń związanych z kryzysową edukacją zdalną zdobytych przez nauczycieli akademickich z dwóch uczelni, polskiej i ukraińskiej.
Pedagogy of labour in Poland is a relatively independent pedagogical sub discipline well-grounded from the position of pedagogical theory and practice needs. It has a distinct theoretical and methodological basement, and its own categorical apparatus. The sub discipline is a scientific base for a pedagogical specialty of “pedagogy of labour”. The research and analysis of the tasks set by modern pedagogy of labour in Poland are extremely important for the educational space of Ukraine from the view of understanding the essence of labour and its concernment for each particular human being and the society in general under the conditions of the market-oriented economy, the influence of the research results on training a human being in a profession and formation of his/her professionally and socially significant qualities. Pedagogy of labour realizes interdisciplinary ties with psychology of labour, philosophy of labour, medicine of labour, anthropology, political and economic sciences. Today pedagogy of labour presents itself as a science, as a pedagogical discipline and a sphere of practical activities. Leading representatives of Polish pedagogy of labour, who have developed its methodological apparatus, are T. Nowacki, Z. Wiatrowski, S. Kwiatkowski, W. Furmanek. The article analyzes basic notions of pedagogy of labour as a pedagogical sub discipline. The Polish scientists consider labour, human being, education to be principal categories of pedagogy of labour. The cogency of terminology research is supported by the fact that the latter plays not only the communicative function, but also content and cognitive ones for the language of each scientific discipline is both the aim of the educational procedures and its instrument. The peculiarity of Polish scientists, researchers of pedagogy of labour, is, as the author mentions, the fact that they consider not economical but humanistic aspects of the professional work to be primary. The humanistic aspects include understanding of labour as an inalienable life value, attitude of a human being to labour, his/her readiness to labour and adaptation to the latter etc. The author also stresses on the importance of the Polish experience for the formation of the common field of scientific research, educational project activities under the conditions of Ukraine’s entering into the European space of communication.
Experts determine the changes in the labor market and employment as one of the peculiarities of the European integration process of the Republic of Poland. The article indicates trends that led to changes in the labor market and employment, focusing on a concise analysis of the threats and challenges that Polish society faced.It is indicated that trends, challenges and threats, their extensive diagnostics and theoretical understanding became the subject of studies of labor pedagogy. This is a branch of pedagogical knowledge that studies issues of education in conjunction with human professional work, develops qualification frameworks, modular programs of professional learning, professional education programs, practical projects for the further development of professional training, retraining, and improvement of specialists for the free labor market. The new forms of employment, including outsourcing, freelance, competition for the place of work (as the basis for the development of new competencies) relate to positive phenomena in the labor market during the investigated period. The threats that arise in the field of employment have also been reconsidered. In particular, such forms of the functioning of the individual in the work environment as workaholism, mobbing, professional stress, high unemployment level.Studying of the Polish experience of applied approaches in the research of these phenomena has a direct impact on: the formation of the goals of professional education of specialists in the context of Ukraine's Eurointegration course; the development of flexible content in order to adapt to the needs of the modern economy, to the various forms of population's engagement (especially unemployed one) to different types of education and social inclusion.
In having the task of guaranteeing not only the survival but also the development of the younger generation, the family today is a priority of family social politics in Ukraine. Any society, regardless of the country, is interested in having families who not only provide material needs for the child, but also cultivate the child's cultural-educational level of development. Thus, the family, as a fundamental social institution of the development and formation of a personality, is one of the objects of current social pedagogy work in Ukraine. Taking into account certain negative elements of the process of globalisation and considering the current politico-economical situation in the country, scholars and pedagogy practitioners observe a sharp decrease in social communication interactions among family members and a change in social and family values, which in turn cannot positively enable the development and formation of the new generation. Then there follows an analysis of the role of including in the preparation of social pedagogues the benefits of a collaboration between educational and social institutions and thus providing up-to-date information on the on-going search and development of new approaches to solving the rearing issues of the contemporary family. ANALYSIS OF LATEST RESEARCH AND PUBLICATIONSVarious aspects of collaboration between the family and social institutions have been researched by pedagogues, psychologists, and sociologists, among them: T. Aleksieienko, V. Kravets, I. Rybalchenko, V. Picha, Ye. Siavavko, P. Shcherban, and many others. Preparation of social-pedagogical professionals to resolve the issue of family upbringing has become the focal point of scholarly schools under the direction of O. Bezpalko, I. Zvierieva, A. Kapska, and others.
