Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan modul pembelajaran Instalasi Penerangan Listrik (IPL) yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan Model 4D. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas XI TITL 1 SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman yang terdaftar pada semester 1 tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh validitas media adalah 88% dengan kategori valid, validitas materi rata-rata 88% dengan kategori valid. Uji Praktikalitas dengan reponden guru nilai rata-rata 86,53% dan siswa nilai rata-rata 85,2% menyatakan modul pembelajaran IPL adalah sangat praktis. Uji keefektifitasan melalui hasil posttest dari 24 siswa yang telah tuntas di atas Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) adalah sebanyak 22 siswa dan 2 orang siswa dengan nilai di bawah KKM. Diperoleh ketuntasan siswa sebesar 92 % dengan kategori efektif. Disimpulkan bahwa modul pembelajaran IPL adalah valid, praktis dan efektif digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar untuk Instalasi Penerangan Listrik.
This paper aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of household electrical appliance repair training that is applied to youth Adolescent Child Care Social Institutions in Lubuk Alung, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Where this paper is an evaluation of the implementation of community service activities in the PSAABR. The subject of this activity is 15 foster children who take Electricity skills in Lubuk Alung Main Budi PSAABR 2018 Period II (July - December 2018). The instrument used is a questionnaire in terms of performance and product results. The results obtained were the average performance score of 82.3, while the results of the product assessment obtained an average value of 88.75. From the achievement of student learning outcomes in mastering the training material and the competencies obtained were in the high category (45%), and very high (55%), so it was concluded that the implementation of household electrical repairs training on youths Budi Adolescent Childcare Institution Main Lubuk Alung District of Pariama has been effective
Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun pembangkit listrik tenaga angin (PLTAngin) sebagai sumber energi alternatif terbarukan dengan menggunakan turbin angin sumbu horizontal untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi rumah tangga masyarakat nelayan di Muaro Ganting Kelurahan Parupuk Kecamatan Koto Tangah yang sampai saat ini belum mampu untuk memasang dan menggunakan listrik PLN apalagi saat ini harga listrik PLN per KWh terus meningkat. Disamping itu, melalui kegiatan ini serangkaian perencanaan yang intensif akan dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas pembangkit listrik dari berbagai aspek seperti pemilihan turbin angin yang sesuai dengan kondisi daerah, pemilihan material, optimalisasi instalasi,dll. Dengan kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu program pemerintah dalam penyediaan listrik bagi warga Muaro Ganting Kelurahan Parupuk Kecamatan Koto Tangah untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
To conduct the entertaining and attractive activities on learning process, therefore the design of valid and practical teaching aid and its implementation on electro pneumatic based automation course is presented in this paper. An electro pneumatic sorting machine with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) based automation is designed as a teaching aid to existing teaching and learning process, and to achieve the learning outcomes towards enhancing the student's knowledge and hands-on skill. The Development Research Method is applied to develop the existing electro pneumatic didactic trainer device. Validation stage is held to confirm that proposed teaching aid. Validator involves the expert lecturer on relevant field, meanwhile the practicality is measured by lecturer and students of course participants. Based on the survey, the respondents are strongly agree that 92,6 % and 94,8 % of proposed teaching aid are valid and practical respectively. Furthermore, the results claimed that using the proposed teaching aid there is improvement in the electro pneumatic course learning process.
Currently, COVID-19 is hitting Indonesia. This causes disruption of learning activities so that the implementation of learning is direct and transferred online or online. With such circumstances, a solution is needed so that learning and understanding of the material runs effectively and can be accessed anywhere by students one off which is by learning to use learning media with the mit app inverter application. The type of research used in this research is research and development with a 4D model namely define, design, develop, and distribute. The subjects in this study were class XI TITL 1 SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatra students who were in the first semesters of the 2021/2022 academic year. Based on the test in this study, it was found that the validity value of the media assessed by the two validators obtained an average result of 85%w with a valid category. The practicality test based on the results of the teacher questionnaire responses was 81.11%i in the Very Practical category and the results of the question responses from 22 students with an average of 76% categorized as very practical. Int the effective test, the posttest results obtained with an average complete of 86%i in the effective category.
