Basically, women and men differ in physical characteristics, however, the difference and a problem when used as an injustice, conflict, suppression and oppression, which raises the existence of injustice and inequality. The aim of research to identify factors that influence adolescent perceptions of gender roles and gender sexuality. Quantitative research with cross sectional approach. A sample of 395 taken by simple random sampling of High School students of class XI in Semarang. Retrieving data using a structured questionnaire. univariate analysis with frequency distribution, bivariate with chi square and multivariate regression logistic. The research showed respondents have a good perception of gender roles and gender sexuality is 51,6% , there is a relationship between the origin of living, sex, peer influence and experience sexuality in dating to the perception of gender roles and gender sexuality in respondents. In the midst of the global pandemic of the corona virus (covid-19), social media consumption has increased significantly, one of which is the use of the Tiktok application. Tik Tok has partnered with a number of international organizations to share health information, this can be an opportunity for TikTok to be used as an educational medium with creative content. In this qualitative descriptive study, sampling was carried out using consecutive sampling, namely sampling by determining certain criteria to determine the research sample, there were 5 Tik Tok accounts that were used as research samples, namely @tanyadokter, @unicefindonesia, @alodokter, @halodocID and @dijkp in total. 55 videos. This research was studied using the theory of the SMCR communication model by Berlo, namely the process of delivering a message from source to receiver. The results showed that the types of messages uploaded by these accounts were mostly educational message types, namely as much as 29%. The most responses received by the @alodokter account were 144323 from the total likes, comments and shares campaigning for good and correct hand washing. From the results of the analysis of the video content of Tik Tok, it turns out that the use of the caption, hashtag, music / audio and filter effects features is very influential in increasing the number of responses. Using the Tik Tok application provides excellent new benefits, where users are provided with videos that match their preferences and needs accurately because the Tik Tok account that has been researched has collaborated with the World Health Organization and the Indonesian Ministry of Health so that the information provided has been preserved.
The spreading of HIV infection from mother to child is the main cause of HIV infection towards child below fifteen years old. The examination of HIV towards pregnant mother is a good opportunity to protect the spreading of HIV from mother to baby, wherein all pregnant mothers are suggested to have HIV test. This research aims to know factors of pregnant mother’s intention to get HIV test at UPT (Integrated Service Unit) of Public Health Center of Gresik Regency Town Square in 2015. Explanatory research which uses survey method with cross sectional approach. The samples of this research is pregnant mothers who carry out antenatal care examination at UPT (Integrated Service Unit) of Public Health Center of Regency Town Square uses purposive sampling technique with the amount of samples as many as 125 peoples. This research uses questionnaire instruments. Its relation analysis uses Chi Square and multivariate analysis by using logistic regression. Of research indicates that pregnant mothers who intend to get HIV test are 54,4%, while those less intend are 45,6%. Variables which are related to pregnant mother’s intention to do HIV test are knowledge about HIV/AIDS, HIV test, perception of severity, self efficacy, and midwife’s role in giving counseling. UPT (Integrated Service Unit) of Public Health Center of Gresik Regency Town Square is aimed to develop VCT socialization in cooperating with private healthcare institution, cadre, and village in giving information about VCT service.Keywords: intention of having HIV test, pregnant mother, Public Health Center
East Java Province in 2014 is the second of a number of provinces in Indonesia which has the prevalence of HIV/AIDS , in Bojonegoro (2015) being the order to -8 from 38 districts/cities in East Java as many as 718 cases of HIV/AIDS , in hospital Class B Dr . R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo district of Bojonegoro (2015) there were 178 people in inpatient and outpatient 1126 people with HIV/AIDS cases and 819 pregnant women only 6 were examined HIV in PMTCT services. This research will be conducted to analyze and describe the implementation of the PMTCT program In the Hospital Class B Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro. This research is a qualitative descriptive exploratory with technique -indepth interviews against 5 key informants (5 Midwifes and 3 Specialist Doctors) and 5 informants triangulation (2 Midwiifes and 3 mothers who follow the PMTCT programs). The results are In the Hospital Class B Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro haven’t the relevant Director’s SK PMTCT program, but the program is alreadyrun by Director’s SK of Organizational Structure of KPA in Hospital Class B Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo district of Bojonegoro which there PMTCT program implementation team as much as 5 people Midwives (which is already implementing PMTCT training Midwives 3) but never implement PMTCT program socialization to other health personnel at the hospital. PMTCT program is only implemented prongs 3 and 4 only, whereas prongs 1 and 2 has not been implemented because the patients who visit the PMTCT services are integrated in the KIA services only pregnant women, while the given information PMTCT and HIV testing is also only pregnant women who are at risk only , not on any pregnant women who visit. While it has never been no regular schedule related to evaluation and monitoring of the KPA and Bojonegoro District Health Office, but Hospital Class B Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo district of Bojonegoro regularly every month a report on the case of HIV/AIDS.Keywords: HIV/AIDS , pregnant women , PMTCT .
