Fasilitas sarana dan prasarana perlu tersedia secara lengkap di Taman Kanak-kanak (TK) dan Raudhatul Athfal (RA) agar penyelenggaraan pelayanan pendidikan dapat berjalan dengan baik sehingga pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kepribadian anak dapat tercapai secara baik dan benar. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra saat ini adalah masih minimnya sarana dan prasarana penunjang pembelajaran, seperti sarana bermain dan alat peraga/permainan edukatif; pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam merancang dan membuat alat peraga/permainan edukatif masih rendah; kemampuan guru dalam memahami bakat dan potensi anak masih terbatas; kompetensi guru yang mengajar di TK/RA masih rendah, karena rata-rata guru tersebut bukan lulusan PGTK/PG-PAUD; serta minimnya alat peraga/permainan edukatif berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra tersebut, solusi yang ditawarkan adalah: (1) membantu guru dalam mengenali dan memahami berbagai bakat dan potensi yang dimiliki anak melalui model bermain creative art play, sehingga anak berkembang secara holistik dari segi akademik, sosial, emosional, dan spiritual melalui pelatihan dalam bentuk workshop dan pendampingan; (2) membantu guru dalam merancang dan membuat alat peraga/permainan edukatif (APE) berbasis nilai-nilai Islam yang akan digunakan dalam pembelajaran di kelas, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan profesionalisme guru.Kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan bagi guru TK/RA. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan keterampilan guru TK/RA sehingga mampu membuat alat peraga edukatif berbasis nilai-nilai Islam, serta terlaksananya kegiatan belajar mengajar yang menjunjung nilai-nilai agama dan nilai-nilai luhur budaya dalam membentuk anak didik yang bertaqwa kepada Allah swt.
This research paper aims to describe the improvement of students' learning outcomes on the subject of natural science through the approach of multimedia learning in elementary school. The research method used is Classroom Action Research Design. Data were collected through multiple choice test to find out the students' learning outcomes from each cycle, result of observation activities of teacher and student, and the result of a questionnaire of student response. The results of research obtained data that student learning outcomes in cycle 1 of 72% and increased by 24% to 96% in cycle II. Teacher activities in cycle I was 81% while in cycle II was 94%, thus the increase of teacher activity by 13%. Student activities in cycle 1 are 80% and in cycle II is 91%. Increased student activities by 11%. Student response to learning is very happy, where the expressed pleasure to statement component learning activities that researchers apply in the learning of 97.2%. Thus it can be concluded that through the use of multimedia learning approaches on the subject of Natural Sciences can improving students learning outcomes, teacher activities and students as well as ongoing enjoyable learning as planned and get high responses from students.
