Supply Chain Management (SCM) requires all sectors to collaborate, coordinate, communicate and exchange information to improve inter-sector productivity. It takes information technology and supplies chain concepts to integrate all sector activities involved such as, in the health field such as clinics and health services. System integration will create good communication and exchange of information, and data availability will be fulfilled. This research will try to offer information technology in the form of integration system by using SCM concept to improve management performance; this research focuses on pharmaceutical warehouse operational activities in the way of distribution and management of drugs. Delivery of LPLPO by Clinic, Monitoring of transactions by Public Health Office. This activity is an SCM practice that requires connected entities to view the same data without disrupting the independence of each sector. System design using the waterfall method. The system will be built with PHP programming and MySQL database. Testing system using Xampp 6.2 servers with black box method, testing is done by requesting pharmacy installation officer to use the system. The results of the system test show that the performance in the internal control section helps management in looking at the stock situation, the type of drug demand, and the trend of existing disease patterns in the community. Data visualization is also helpful in determining health intervention decisions and policies. This has opened the eyes of management to the importance of information technology. Finally, this research becomes a recommendation to the pharmaceutical installation management to use information technology in operational activities
This study aims to recommend a new approach in the ranking system by analyzing the combination of the Z-Score method and the Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) method. This fusion is based on the merging of the advantages of Z-Score and FMADM as a superiority method in statistical rank data processing with weighting data distribution. The lack of Z-Score in processing multi-attributes weighted data can be improved by the FMADM method. In this study, the integration of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Weighted Product (WP) methods was used as the FMADM method with the Z-Score statistical technique. The results of the analysis in the case study show that the integration of the Z-Score and AHP-Weighted Product (Z-WeP) methods can provide maximum results with similarities to the Z-Score results by 86%. Analysis of criterion values on alternatives also shows that Z-WeP can work better than some other of FMADM approaches.
Rumah sakit umum daerah polewali selama ini belum didukung program atau informasi yang terkomputerisasi dengan baik, khususnya pada pengolahan data kinerja unit pelayanan. Dengan kondisi ini menyebabkan pengolahan data yang tidak efisien. Hal ini tentu saja tidak sesuai dengan harapan karena mengingat bahwa teknologi saat ini telah berkembang sangat pesat yang pemanfaatannya dapat diaplikasikan dalam segala bidang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi penilaian kinerja unit pelayanan rumah sakit umum daerah polewali berbasis web yang dapat mengolah data kinerja unit pelayanan lebih efektif. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan PHP dan database MySQL. Metode yang digunakan penulis berdasarkan pada Keputusan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara. Sistem ini dapat memberikan hasil akhir berupa diagram batang sehingga admin dengan mudah melihat perbandingan kinerja unit pelayanan yang satu dengan yang lainnya
The lack of interest in reading nowadays is one of the factors in the decline of the nation's regeneration that loves literacy. The Education Village Library Group of Kuajang Village, Binuang District is one of the literacy movements established in Kuajang Village. This library is part of a project of teenagers and hamlet residents to build a literacy village to feel the equal distribution of education without having to abandon the value of local wisdom. In addition, it also aims to increase public interest in reading through the development of an appropriate technology as a solution, namely the digital library. The method of implementation is in accordance with the planning stages that have been prepared, namely the stages of activities that begin with the coordination and analysis of needs (Phase I), digital library application design (Phase II), application integration in the framework model (Phase III), and the use of systems in the field (Stage IV). The results show that the application development uses the OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) model that can facilitate the user in the process of searching for books and the initial display of the digital library system in the form of a catalog. To optimize the use and utilization of this application, training is carried out to users and managers of the Education Village Library Group. In addition, periodic monitoring and assistance will be carried out to ensure the use of this system can be operated and the benefits are felt by the community
Teknologi mikrokontroler telah banyak diterapkan diberbagai bidang, seperti dibidang industri, pendidikan, bisnis hingga bidang rumah tangga. Penerapan teknologi di rumah tangga akan dapat meringankan pekerjaan manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya. Penelitian ini akan merancangan perangkat teknologi mikrokontroller arduino untuk membantu menggerakkan ayunan bayi. Penelitian ini menggunakan sensor suara untuk mengidentifikasikan suara tangisan bayi, dan koparator yang berfungsi untuk mengkonversi sinyal suara analog ke sinyal digital sehingga dapat diproses di mikrokontroler untuk memberikan gerakan secara otomatis. Hasil penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa mikrokontroller telah berhasil mendeteksi suara bayi dan memberikan gerakan kepada ayunan walaupun belum sepenuhnya mampu membedakan suara bayi dengan suara lainnya.
