DEVICE TECHNOLOGYThis paper presents a compact and highly reliable 76-GHz MMIC chip set for a low cost automotive radar. The chip set consisting of a 38-GHz amplifier with 15.2dBm output power, a transmitter MMIC with 1 l.OdBm output power and a receiver MMIC with -4.6dB conversion gain were successfully demonstrated.
Ka-band ultra low-noise three stage monolithic amplifier has been developed using O.lSum T-shaped gate pseudomorphic heterojunction FETs (pHJFETs). The noise figure of the developed amplifier are less than 1.5dB with an associated gain of 20dB in 27-31GHz band.
A new grey-box modeling method via continuous-time model is proposed, where a priori knowledge on physical parameters is expressed in a deterministic manner. It is shown that the proposed method is more effective for smaller data case through numerical examples.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
