The availability of electronic information and educational environment of an educational institution today is the most important requirement of the Federal state educational standards of higher education in all areas of preparation for the conditions of implementation of educational programs by universities. The purpose of the study is to rationale for use in modern educational process of the University electronic information-educational environment and study of its use in training future employees of the tourism industry. Research methodology: system-structural, competence-based, informational approaches; research methods: theoretical (analysis of normative documents, local acts of the University, experience in implementing the electronic information and educational environment at the University, comparison, synthesis of educational and methodological knowledge on the research problem, the method of analogy, forecasting; empirical (observation, study of educational products, description). The research was carried out on the basis of the faculty of service and tourism of the Kuban state University of physical culture, sport and tourism. Results: the necessity of using the modern educational process of higher school of electronic information and educational environment, discloses the functionality and experience of using electronic information-educational environment in the professional training of tourism industry personnel; the structural-functional components and design principles of the electronic information-educational environment of the University; the ways of implementing forms of educational activities with the use of e-learning technologies in the process of training future employees of the tourism industry and their advantages are revealed. Conclusions: the electronic information and educational environment of a University is a set of tools and resources based on information and communication technologies aimed at ensuring the requirements for the implementation of educational activities; in the training of future employees of the tourist industry used the following electronic information-educational environment: electronic library system; e-library of the University; module "qualifying work" on the platform MEGAPRO, Date Express LLC, management system training courses (virtual learning environments); information system "Document of the University"; the software package "Plans"; system "Antiplagiat.VUZ " electronic portfolio and other components; the advantages of using electronic information and educational environment are: the ability to build the educational process with active interaction of all subjects of the educational system; prompt informing of participants of educational activities about changes in the educational process; the ability to form various virtual communities, etc.
Today, the digitalization of education is one of the main tasks of the state social policy and an urgent sphere of life in modern society. At the beginning of 2020, the spread of COVID-19 forced educational institutions to introduce urgently all levels of distance learning technologies focused on the possibility to learn remotely and in real-time. The research focuses on the need to create an effective mechanism for organizing distance learning in the context of the globalization of education. The purpose of the research is to reveal the experience of distance learning in the context of globalization of education (based on the analysis of using the online learning platform Moodle). The results of the research reveal the prerequisites for the popularization of distance learning technologies in the practice of educational institutions, present the experience of using Moodle in the university educational process and determine the prospects of distance learning in educational practice.
The article contains the results of the marketing study of youth tourist preferences. The relevance of the study is determined by the growing need for youth tourism development as a promising direction for promoting regional tourist services. The issue under consideration is as follows: what are the tourist preferences of youth in modern sociocultural conditions? The purpose of the study: describe the results of research into youth consumer preferences in the modern tourism service market. Results: the essence of youth tourism is revealed; the prerequisites are identified for popularizing youth tourism in the modern tourism service market; the results of the marketing study of youth tourist preferences in the tourism service market are presented. The results of the study may become a foundation for forming a strategy to create and promote a competitive tourist product for youth by developing a marketing complex of the territory.
Introduction. The relevance of this considered scientific problem is due to the need to assess the recreational preferences of potential consumers of yachting services as a factor of tourist attractiveness and active promotion of the region. The purpose of the article is to determine the prospects for the development of yacht tourism on the Azov-Black Sea coast of Russia on the basis of the conducted analysis, which reflects the tourist attractiveness of the region in modern conditions. Materials and Methods. The authors analyzed panel statistics of the charter website 2Yachts, the informational and analytical agency SeaNews, the international broker of motor yachts Worldmarine, PKF International. To study the trends in the development of yacht tourism on the Azov-Black Sea coast of Russia, a number of indicators of the state of the yacht tourism industry of individual European countries have been studied, an investment project to create a network of marinas in the Republic of Crimea and the Krasnodar Territory has been considered. Results. The consumption preferences of clients in yacht tourism services on the Azov-Black Sea coast are revealed, the state of the yachting infrastructure of the region is assessed, the prospects for the development of yachting in the sea area of the Krasnodar Territory as a factor of tourist attractiveness of the region are outlined. The Azov-Black Sea coast of Russia has a significant potential for the development of yacht tourism (natural, socio-economic, cultural and historical resources). The development of yacht tourism should be carried out taking into account consumption preferences according to three basic criteria when choosing a yacht tour in the waters of the Azov and Black Seas – price, excursion program and tourist service. Discussion and Conclusion. The modernization of the yacht infrastructure and the popularization of yachting will contribute to the additional development of the tourism industry and the tourist attractiveness of the region, and will also raise yacht tourism to a new international level. The results of the study can become the basis for the development of a strategy for the creation and promotion of a tourist product for potential yachting customers at the regional level, and are also taken into account in the development of programs of integrated tourist services.
