The methods of mathematical planning of the experiment determined that the optimal dosages in the formulation of bread powder from microalgae Dunaliella Salina are 5.0-10.0 % by weight of flour in the dough. As a result of applying the recipe of promising new plant additives the organoleptic quality (taste, odor, status crumb) and physical-chemical parameters of the finished products (specific volume and porosity of bread crumb) improves. Due to the increased content of protein substances, including essential amino acids, dietary fibers, vitamins, minerals the bread has increased nutritional and biological value and can be considered as a product of therapeutic and preventive purposes. The range of functional bakery products is also expanding.
The production cycle of complex processing of oilseeds with receiving vegetable oil, soluble and insoluble fraction from mix of the crushed pressing with heated water is offered; a squirrel from soluble fraction, the dried-up insoluble fraction. The main basic decision on decrease in energy consumption was the optimum choice of temperature differences in the evaporator and sections of the two-section condenser when receiving drying agents, the cooling air and warm water. The deviation from these values inevitably leads to increase in the consumed energy: fall of temperature of boiling of coolant in the evaporator on 1 °C results in need of increase in a consumption of working steam in the ejector of the paroezhektorny thermal pump, and therefore to an energy overexpenditure for 5–7 %, and temperature increase of condensation on 1° C leads to increase in power consumption by 2.0–2.5 %. The offered technology expands borders of energy efficient interface of objects of various temperature potentials on the basis of utilization and recovery of secondary energy resources. Universal approach in creation of the competitive technology providing heat generation and cold weather for in common proceeding heattechnological processes is fully realized. Ecologically safe conditions in implementation of technology due to use of water as coolant, excepting use toxic, vzryvo – and fire-dangerous working environments and also at the expense of the organization of the closed recirculation schemes for material and power streams with considerable decrease in removal of secondary energy resources from the scheme warm and cold supply are created.
We implemented heat pump technology of obtaining esters of fatty acids (of tolivia biodiesel) from vegetable oils, providing for the transesterification of oil with alcohol supercritical fluid and supercritical CO2-extraction of the cooled reaction mixture, its separation by centrifugal force to separate the glycerin from the target product, the separation of carbon dioxide gas-liquid separation with obtaining a purified biodiesel and the return of carbon dioxide to the extraction stage in closed loop thermodynamic cycle. A steam-ejector heat pump is used to prepare energy carriers of different temperature potentials. The physical and chemical parameters of the obtained biodiesel fuel corresponded to the regulatory documentation. The energy and environmental efficiency of using rapeseed ethyl ether (REE) obtained using the proposed technology and its mixtures with mineral diesel fuel when performing agricultural work with the Kirovets K-701 tractor was checked. During the test, it was found that in the same operating conditions, the tractor when working on REE and its mixtures with mineral diesel fuel at maximum power develop the same traction force. The use of biodiesel and its mixtures reduces environmental pollution and increases the purity of the exhaust compared to the operation of a tractor unit using mineral diesel fuel.
The organization of scientifically justified feeding of farm animals with compound feed enriched with oilseed processed products as an energy component and a probiotic component contributing to the regulation of homeostasis processes becomes important in modern conditions of animal husbandry production. At the same time, a special role is given to the application of rapeseed products, meals in particular, in feed rations. Rapeseed meal contains protein, carbohydrates, fats, phospho-containing substances in a concentrated form, which expands the possibilities of the raw material base for the development of compound feed recipes that meet the requirements of complete nutrition for animals. The dosage of rapeseed meal (10%) introduction into the composition of compound feed for young rabbits based on the animals receiving nutrients in accordance with the existing feeding standards was substantiated in the work. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the obtained granulated feed was carried out on a clinically healthy livestock of rabbits in the amount of 60 heads, which were divided into 4 groups. The best indicators of meat productivity (slaughter yield 69.80%, meat index 4.40) were obtained with the introduction of the probiotic preparation "Probion - Forte" at a dosage of 0.5 g / kg of feed and rapeseed meal in an amount of 10% to the feed mass. The application of the developed complete granulated feed made it possible to achieve a high degree of the diet protein component concentration in the muscle tissue of experimental rabbits, which indicates a higher nutritional and biological value of the meat resources obtained.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
