Abstract.Received and investigated new ion exchanging polymers are based on the waste of chemical production with enrich properties. The structure of the obtained ion exchangers are with modern methods of analysis. The possibilities of application an ion exchanger sulfonic acid ANFS and sulfonic cation resin SKDF processes softening and demineralization of deep waste and industrial water. Selective anion exchanger ability FBH by molybdenum ions is also studied. Key words: ionit, furfural, waste of chemical production, dissociation constants, functional groups, demineralization, pH environment, potentiometric titration, sulphonation, phosphorylation.
IntroductionCurrently the Scientists' and technologists' attention are focused on finding ways to integrated use of natural resources and the creation of low-waste and non-waste technology with the rational using of recycled materials. One of the effective ways to solve this problem is to obtain ion-exchanging polymers based on chemical waste. It is known that the application of ion exchange resins leads to a simplification of processes for separating ion mixtures, purification and solutions concentration of nonferrous and rare metals ions contained in industrial waste waters and hydrometallurgical production (Abdutalipova et al., 2010, p. 7).Great practical interest in the manufacture of ion exchange resins are chemical wastes such as wastes oil, gas and hydrolysis industry. The striking example is the furan derivatives, part of furfural, for the production of our country which is huge reserves of plant materials including waste cotton industry. The presence structure of furan heterocyclic nucleus make to get ion exchange resins allows obtaining a universal chemical heat resistance and mechanical strength (Abdutalipova et al., 2010, pp. 60-62). In this regard, we have obtained a number of new ion exchanging polymers based on furfural and investigated their basic physical and chemical properties.
This article provides information on the presented vacuum steaming method in place of the emulsifying method which is used to rewind raw silk. This method, envisages the use of a modern vacuum steaming machine of the SC-750 series, as well as a rational processing mode depending on the degree of hardening of the raw silk. To prepare raw silk for twisting, a new, shorter technology for softening of glued parts of the material is being proposed. Owing to the new method (c), after removing tension from the raw silk, the relative strength of the entire assortment has improved by 6-7%, and breaks during the rewinding process have reduced by almost 25%. The processing time has reduced by 6 times compared to the wetting method, 12 times compared to the sprinkling method, technological processes have reduced to 4 and 2 runs, respectively.
