Purpose: The aim of this work to determine the influence of a program containing exercises in a closed kinematic chain, eccentric and strength exercises on injuries of students – rock climbers. Methods: Participants in this study were 84 male amateur climbing students, aged 18–19, 40 athletes were in the intervention group and 44 in the control group. In the intervention group, the program for the injuries prevention has been stalled. The program included exercises that are performed in a closed kinematic chain in combination with exercises that are performed in eccentric mode and strength exercises. We determined the Incidence rate ratio and confidence intervals. The Incidence rate ratio was determined by the by Fisher exact test. Results: The significant influence of the developed program on the reduction of injuries among the athletes of the intervention group was revealed. Injury rate per 1000 AEs recorded of all shoulder injuries in the control group was 3.182, in the intervention group was 0.5, P < 0.001. The incidence rate ratio for mild shoulder injuries was 0.861 (0.737; 1.007). The incidence rate ratio for moderate shoulder injuries was 0.862 (0.751; 0.990; P = 0.039). The incidence rate ratio for severe shoulder injuries was 0.864 (0.768; 0.971; P = 0.017). Conclusions: The use of exercises in a closed kinematic chain and exercises in an eccentric mode reduces the Incidence rate ratio of shoulders among students – amateur climbers. The incidence rate ratio decreases in the intervention group for mild, moderate, and severe shoulder injuries.
Purpose:The purpose of the research is to develop an algorithm of teams' formation in sport aerobics and to define factorial structure of athletes' fitness. Material:in the research sport aerobics' athletes (n=19) participated. All athletes are members of Kharkiv national team (Ukraine). All athletes underwent complete medical examination. The functional condition of an organism (arterial blood pressure, indicators of a variability of the rhythm of the heart, treadbahn testing), psycho-physiological state (time's determination of simple and complex reaction) were defined. The physical development and physical fitness and stability of vestibular system were also defined. The factorial and cluster analysis were used. Results:The algorithm of teams' formation in sport aerobics is developed for performances in various competitive categories. The algorithm contains all stages of standard procedure of the factorial and cluster analysis. In the factorial analysis the individual factorial values were also defined. Conclusions:The obtained data are recommended to be used at teams' formation for performances in various competitive categories: team formation for pair and group performances. The general and individual factorial structure of athletes' complex fitness is defined. It is possible to select athletes with similar qualities and with different qualities for the mixed performances. The determination of individual factorial structure of fitness permits to estimate objectively variants of athletes' formation in groups.
Purpose:The purpose of the research is to develop the principles of team's formation in sport aerobics with application of factorial and cluster analysis' methods. Material:in a research girls (n=24) from the sport aerobics national team (Kharkiv, Ukraine) participated. The athletes were given full medical examination by determination of functional condition of an organism (arterial blood pressure, indicators of a variability of the rhythm of the heart, treadbahn testing), a psycho-physiological condition (time's determination of simple and complex reaction). It was defined physical development and physical fitness and vestibular stability. Results:The mathematical and visual models of each group of athletes were developed. The cluster analysis permitted selection of 8 groups of girls. The athletes of each group can incorporate with each other in teams for different competitive categories. The each group of athletes should select appropriate programs according to the features of their personal factorial structure of fitness. The general recommendations about selection of programs' story lines for athletes of each group are developed. Conclusions:The possibilities of athletes' groups formation (in pairs, in trio, in five) for mixed performances are revealed. It is determined that it is possible to select athletes with similar qualities (representatives of one cluster) and with different qualities (representatives of different clusters) for mixed performances.
Purpose:to develop structure of training process creation in a year cycle of qualified athletes' preparation in aerobics (woman). Material:qualified athletes in aerobics participated in a research (n=46, age 20-22 years, height is 168±2, 4 cm, body weight is 62±4, 2 kg). Athletes were divided into experimental group (n=24) and control group (n=22). It was determined the level of special preparation: performance of standard combinations of basic aerobic steps. Results:The general principles of training programs preparation are developed. Programs include basic and variable components. The basic component of programs represents the standardized structure of means and methods selection of athletes' preparation. The variable component of programs contained special means and methods differ on character and volume. One of the main parts of a variable component is the psychophysical training. It is based on performance of special sets of exercises in combination with mental figurative representations of motor nature. Conclusions:It is appropriate to carry out planning of training process in a year cycle of preparation considering specific features of factorial structure of athletes' preparation.
