<p>ABSTRAK<br />Peneltian ini merupakan penelitian deskriftif kualitatif yang mengkaji fenomena kebahasaan dengan pendekatan sosiolingistik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mendeskripsikan bentuk capur kode pada rubrik ― Nah Ini Dia‖ harian Poskota; (2) mendeskripsikan bentuk alih kode pada rubrik ― Nah Ini Dia‖ harian Poskota; (3) mengidentifikasi fungsi penggunaan campur kode dan alih kode pada rubrik ―Nah Ini Dia‖ harian Poskota. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah wacana pada rubrik ―Nah Ini Dia‖ harian Poskota Edisi April 2019. Sumber data berasal dari dokumen dan informan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : bentuk campur kode pada rubrik ―Nah Ini Dia‖ harian Poskota terdiri atas (1) kata, (2) frase, (3) baster (4) reduplkasi, (5) Idiom dan (6) klausa. Bentuk alih kode pada rubrik ―Nah Ini Dia‖ harian Poskota terdiri atas Ragam bahasa formal beralih ke ragam bahasa santai. Sementara fungsi campur kode dan alih kode dari rubrik ―Nah Ini Dia‖ harian Poskota adalah: (1) untuk menciptakan suasana santai dan humoris, (2) untuk memberikan dakwah dan nasehat, (3) untuk memberikan pemahaman budaya, dan (4) untuk menyampaikan pesan politik.<br />Kata kunci: sosiolinguistik, bahasa, campur kode, alih kode, rubrik<br />ABSTRACT<br />This research is a qualitative descriptive study that examines linguistic phenomena with a sociolinguistic approach. This study aims at describing the type of code mixing in the rubrics "Nah Ini Dia" of Poskota daily, describing the type of code switching in the rubric "Nah Ini Dia" of Poskota daily, and identifying the function of code mixing and code switching uses in the rubric of "Nah Ini Dia" of Poskota daily. The sample taken in this study is the discourse in the rubric of "Nah Ini Dia" of Poskota daily, edition of April 2019. The sources of data come from documents and informants. The results of this study are the type of code mixing in the rubric of "Nah Ini Dia" Poskota daily consists of (1) words, (2) phrases, (3) baster (4) reduplication, (5) idioms and (6) clauses. The type of code switching in the "nah Ini Dia" rubrik of Poskota daily consists of a variety of formal languages switch to a variety of casual languages. While the function of code mixing and code switching uses from the rubric of "Nah Ini Dia" Poskota daily are creating a relaxed and humorous atmosphere, providing missionary and advice, providing cultural understanding, and delivering political messages.<br />Keywords: sociolinguistics, language, code mixing, code switching, rubrics</p>
Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan bentuk campur kode, jenis alih kode, dan faktor penyebab terjadinya alih kode dan campur kode yang terjadi pada situasi formal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data diambil melalui pengamatan rekaman, mencatat, mengidentifikasi, dan mengklasifikasikannya. Pada penelitian ini, berhasil menemukan 40 campur kode yang terdiri atas 27 campur kode berupa kata, 7 campur kode berbentuk frasa, dan 6 campur kode berbentuk leksikalisasi kongruen. Bahasa daerah (Jawa dan Betawi), bahasa Inggris, bahasa Arab, dan bahasa Korea mendominasi campur kode dalam penelitian ini. Faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya campur kode ada tiga, yaitu identifikasi peranan, identifikasi ragam, dan keinginan untuk menjelaskan dan menafsirkan. Sementara faktor penyebab terjadinya alih kode adalah karena hadirnya penutur dan lawan tutur. Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out the form of code-mixing, types of code-switching, and the factors causing code-switching and code-mixing that occur in formal situations. The research method used is qualitative. The technique of collecting data is by observing, recording, identifying, and classifying it. In this study, managed to find 40 code mixing consisting of 27 code mixing in the form of words, 7 code mixing in the form of phrases, and 6 code mixing in the form of congruent lexicalization. Regional languages (Javanese and Betawi), English, Arabic, and Korean dominate code-mixing in this study. There are three factors that cause code mixing, namely knowing, knowing, and wanting to explain and the related factors. Meanwhile, the factors causing code switching are the presence of the speaker and the interlocutor.
The research is aimed to find how to read poems structurally. In this paper, the writer studied about Structuralism Approach Based Analysis of American Poems. During this research, the writer collected the data from American poems and chose three poets: Walt Whitman, Emily Dickinson, and Robert Frost, as unit analysis. The writer reads the poetry of those three poets, looks up every sentence to sentences, and analyzes the poems using the structuralism approach. The result of the research found that reading a poem as a whole unit is a must. This study was expected to help the readers of poems understand how to read the poems and analyze the poems comprehensively.
This study aims to: 1) Describe the continuity of mother tongue transfer in Setu Babakan. 2) Describe the language loyalty of the Betawi community in Setu Babakan towards their mother tongue. 3) Finding the effect of language loyalty on maintaining mother tongue. This type of research is quantitative-qualitative descriptive (mixed method). Respondents were obtained from a random technique in Betawi Cultural Village in Setu Babakan Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. Language defense is more concerned with how a particular speech community defends its mother tongue. The results of this study: 1) The transfer of mother tongue in Setu Babakan is still awake although not very strong. 2) Language loyalty in the Betawi community in Setu Babakan is positive. 3) Language loyalty has a significant effect on maintaining mother tongue.
