In order to more effectively assess the safety risk of a wind farm project, the evaluation indicators in the life cycle of a project can be divided into quality index, cost index, time index, security index, and sustainable development index. By combining the qualitative with quantitative, the model of principal component analysis (PCA) of the life cycle indicators was established, which can reflect the safety status of a wind farm project at any time. Key words-large wind farm project; safety risk evaluation system; life cycle theory;sustainable development I INTRODUCTION The safety risk evaluation of wind farm projects is a complex project information management question. Evaluation goals may vary with different standards. Early proposed analysis models were mostly based on a single goal decision making at individual project stages[1], such as quality control in the designing stage,quality and cost control in the constructing stage. Although it may make the index structure processing more reasonable, it actually caused the confusion of index transitions at different project stage interfaces, and makes it difficult to judge to whether the results of the early proposed analysis model are the most optimal solutions or not in the life cycle of a project. It also makes it difficult to form a unified analysis model of the safety risk evaluation in the project life cycle. So the life cycle theory can be used[2]. The construction and operation of a project are a dynamic processes,which leads to an instantaneous combination of different evaluation indicators at any stage, and affect the project safety risk factors. This paper will analyze the index structure and integration, and establish the safety risk evaluation system of the project life cycle.
