In order to achieve fine regulation on wheel cylinder pressure of hydraulic ABS, the mathematical model of the solenoid valve and the wheel cylinder are built up through the analysis of the model of key components of hydraulic control unit solenoid valve and wheel cylinder.The relationship between the change rate of wheel cylinder pressure and the duty ratio of control signal is directly proportional. The frequency and effective duty ratio range of control signal of solenoid value is obtained through the simulation experiments. Oil pump is theoretically analyzed. The flow mathematical model of the oil pump is built up. The relationship between the speed of oil pump and the decompression rate of wheel cylinder is obtained. The wheel cylinder pressure fine regulation control strategy based on PID is presented. The control strategy is verified through simulation experiments. The Simulation results show that fine regulation of wheel cylinder pressure is achieved with the proposed control strategy, the vehicle braking effect is effectively improved and the vehicle braking stability is improved compared with the common logic threshold control strategy.
The active bearings with variable damping and stiffness are important for vibration isolation in wide frequency excitation. A model of vertical isoaltion system via magnetorheological (MR) bearings was built. Based on analyzing the characteristics of MR grease and MR elastomer, an MR parallel-isolator was designed to instead the passive bearing.Then an adaptive particle swarm optimization (PSO) was adopted to adjust the parameters of MR bearing. A vertical MR isoaltion experiment was proposed. Results demonstrate that MR bearings have better performance than passive bearing in concurrently restraining force transmissibility and vibration acceleration.
In this paper, a study and analysis of a distance measure method based on single vision with the aid of a laser pen is proposed. In the method, a camera and a laser pen are used as measurement device. By comparing the lightness of the pixels, the laser point projected on the object is found out in the image. Then an orthogonal triangle using the distance between laser point and CCD center as one edge is set up. And Pythagorean Theorem is applied to calculate the distance between camera and measured object. Experiments in different lightness are carried out and encouraging results are obtained which prove that the device has nice measuring performance in appropriate lightness.
In order to cultivate the students with the engineer quality, the typical product cases guided engineering graphics teaching reform for communication engineering major is performed. The content of the course is decomposed into four parts and merged into product. Student-led, teacher-guide classroom atmosphere is established and task guided examination method is carried out. Results show that the new teaching reform is welcome and good effect is achieved.
A visualization car ABS simulation platform is presented with aid of the advanced computer technology. Based on the overall framework design of ABS virtual simulation platform, the implementation of ABS simulators and upper interface are analyzed in order to make the upper interface get the real-time wheel and speed signal and draw the ABS braking process animation. The simulation platform is applied to analyze the simulation animation process with or without ABS and promising results are omitted .It is proved that the simulation platform can intuitively see if the car is locked or deflected and reduce the ABS developing cycle greatly.
