We synthesized a series of micro/mesoporous composites of S-β-MCM41(c), P-β-MCM41(c), P-ZSM-MCM41(c), P-ZSM-C through a two-step crystallization process. During this process, the microporous zeolite precursor solution (S) or the zeolite powder (P) was first synthesized and treated with NaOH solution with different concentration (c), and then the mesopores were induced by hexadecyltrimethylammoniumbromide (CTAB) as a soft template or mesoporous carbon as a hard template. The effects of the type of inorganic precursor, the base concentration, and the type of mesoporous template on the structure and property of the micro/mesoporous composites were investigated. The results of X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherms showed that the products contained micropores and mesopores, simultaneously. The CO2 adsorption capacities of these micro/mesoporous composites were obviously improved compared to the pure microporous or mesoporous materials. Among them, P-ZSM-MCM41(2) had the highest CO2 adsorption capacity of 1.51 mmol •g -1 , which was almost twice that of the original ZSM-5.
In this study, we present a method to synthesize styrene-butadiene copolymer, using anionic polymerization in a co-rotating closely intermeshing twin-screw extruder. The weight content of polybutadiene in these copolymers was above 50% although in the past studies it had been possible to accomplish levels higher than 30%. 1 H-NMR and GPC show that the molecular structure of the two polymers is different due to different feeding method. In terms of the structure of the polymerized products, the mechanism of polymerization in the bulk polymerization is discussed. TEM and DMA show that two phases in the block copolymer are completely incompatible, leading to sharp phase separation, while the case is complicated in the copolymer through the mixture feeding. Traditionally, styrene-butadiene rubber is mainly synthesized by solution polymerization. Reactive extrusion in this paper provides a possibility to synthesize these products in an environmentally friendly way.
Abstract. In the area of modern physical distribution, vehicle routing problem has become the focal point in the research. During the process of transportation, efficient and the reasonable vehicles travel route not only can reduce the overall cost significantly, but also improve customer's satisfaction. This paper base on the current situation of Guangxi inter-city logistics and the conditions of demand uncertainty. It takes advantage of the saving algorithm to solve modeling problem, which will greatly improve the efficiency of logistics distribution.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
