A 23 yrs old female patient came at Gonosashthaya Somaj Vittik Medical College, Savar 1 yr back with the complains of Multiple papulo-pustular scattered lesions over face, neck and back for 5-6 yrs and was diagnosed as a known case of Acne Vulgaris 2 yrs back.

Pitted keratolysis is a bacterial infection of the soles of the feet or less commonly, the palms of the hands. Pitted keratolysis is easily identified by its shallow, crater-like pits. Collection of specimen using swab may be helpful to identify causative bacteria and skin scraping is often taken to exclude fungal infection. The diagnosis is sometimes made by skin biopsy revealing characteristic histopathological feature of Pitted Keratolysis. Treatment generally consists of hygienic measures, sometimes supplemented by medication and perhaps on oral medication. This review is aimed to consolidate present information about aetiopathogenesis, diagnosis and management of Pitted Keratolysis. It is worth mentioning that Pitted Keratolysis is non-contagious.

Fordyce's disease, a rarely found disease of lips has been reported recently in department of Skin and VD, Gonosashthaya Somaj Vittic Medical College Hospital, Savar, Dhaka. Occasionally it may not be possible to identify the cause. The patient presented with identical features of Fordyce's disease and lip biopsy for histopathology showed the features of Fordyce's disease. Then patient was treated with Pimecrolimus cream and improved. Fordyce's disease is an extremely rare disorder. Past history - She got no history of allergy, asthma Personal history – She took lots of cosmetics and herbal products for her fairness. She is married for 5yrs and have one female healthy child of 3yrs; she never took any contraceptive method.
