Services that are carried out almost throughout the company over the years have always been the spotlight by the entire public as consumers. This can be seen from the increasing number of companies that implement service management systems to be run by all of their employees. Services usually associated with companies engaged in the food and beverage industry in particular restaurants or cafes. The quality of service in the field of cafe services is one of the ideas that is often used by customers in assessing the quality of the cafe, in addition to the taste and quality of food, the quality of service and good performance of employees also greatly support customer satisfaction. Today's people's lifestyle, prefer something fast and practical, including one of them is in meeting food and beverage needs. Just like food, coffee drinks are something that is universal and desired by many people, one of which is Starbucks Coffee. This study will examine the influence of service quality on consumer loyalty to Starbucks coffee products. The purpose of this study is to know the influence of service quality, satisfaction and trust on consumer loyalty in Starbucks Coffee. Respondents involved in this study were 173 customers and using Structural Equation Model (SEM) for data analysis. The results showed that product quality has an influence on customer satisfaction, perception of price influences customer satisfaction and satisfaction influences customer loyalty. The results of the study show that good service quality increases satisfaction, good service quality will increase trust, good service quality will increase loyalty and high satisfaction will increase loyalty while high trust does not increase loyalty. The affect of managerial implications that is Starbucks coffee suggested for customers should also provide suggestions and criticisms that are useful for the progress of Starbuck Coffee in the future. Suggestions and criticisms can facilitate Starbuck Coffee in determining strategies to improve the quality of service to customers.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the relationship between organizational culture, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance in the Government. In this study the population was 135 employees in the work unit of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Defense in 2018, and in this study, all of them acted as respondents. The data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method. The results of the study show that organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive effect on organizational commitment, so good organizational culture and job satisfaction can increase organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance, the higher organizational commitment can improve employee performance. organizational culture and job satisfaction have a negative influence on employee performance. This proves that organizational culture and decreased job satisfaction cannot affect employee performance in carrying out the main tasks and functions of the organization.
Performance is an essential factor in an organization; increasing organizational performance can be affected by the leadership and organizational culture. Good leadership and organizational culture will create job satisfaction for employees, thereby improving employee performance in the organization. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of situational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study employed Structural Equation Modeling analysis using a sample of 275 employees of fire management and rescue of the North Jakarta administration. The data were analyzed using Lisrel software. The results showed that situational leadership and organizational culture did not have a significant relationship with performance directly. Nevertheless, situational leadership and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It is suggested that the organization needs to pay attention to job satisfaction which is a significant factor in improving employee performance. Further researchers can replicate the model in a different context to verify the applicability of the model.
Changes in leaders in an organization are common and will affect all units from the management level to implementation. This is related to the leadership style and organizational culture developed by new leaders, especially in terms of motivating and providing job satisfaction in achieving the best performance. This research is explanatory research that proves a causal relationship between work motivation, transformational leadership, organizational culture, and employee job satisfaction as a mediating variable on employee performance. The study also aims to see whether or not two or more variables have a relationship, and how significant the relationship is and how the relationship is going. In this study, to analyze and find out the significant level, and the relationship between variables, the structural equation model analysis method is used. The results of the study on 385 respondents who were a sample of research in educational foundations that shelter educational institutions from early childhood education to university level that are spread in almost all regions of Indonesia showed the need for special attention to work motivation which did not significantly influence job satisfaction and satisfaction work does not mediate employee performance against motivation, leadership, and organizational culture variables. Other results indicate that the variables of work motivation, organizational culture, and transformational leaders significantly influence employee performance.
