The article discusses possible ways to optimize the implementation of control and supervision in the area of health care, with the use of artificial intelligence for processing large data resulting from electronic interaction between medical organizations, pharmacies, doctors and patients.

The article deals with topical issues of the organization of a “new model” of clinical examination taking into account the requirements specified in the Message of the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly of 02/20/2019, using the example of the Rostov region.
