The study objective is to determine the technological basis for the formation of motor competence of students with chronic health conditions in the process of physical education in universities. Materials and methods. To solve the research tasks used the methods of theoretical analysis, systematization, comparison of different views on the problem under investigation, generalization of data of scientific-methodical and special literature, general-scientific methods of theoretical level: analogy, analysis, synthesis, abstraction, induction. Results. It has been established that the quality of motor competence of students with chronic diseases is the result of an integrated organization of the educational process of physical education. It is established that information, motivational, active and reflexive competences are allocated in the structure of motor competence. As a methodological basis for the development of educational technology for the formation of motor competence of students with chronic diseases in the process of physical education during university study, the proposed technological basis of this process. They include: concretization of the ultimate goal, definition of strategic tasks, organization of actions, which involves determining the content of the pedagogical process of formation of motor competence and control and analysis of the results of this process. It is determined that the development of motor competence of students with chronic diseases in the course of physical education should result in the acquisition of a wide range of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and self-realization in the field of physical culture, aimed at improving their health and maintaining a high level of psychophysical status. Conclusions. Formation of motor competence as a key condition for activating the qualitative psychophysical training of the future specialist involves the development and practical implementation of pedagogical technology – a well-defined algorithm of actions to ensure the effectiveness of this process.
The issue of motor activity of students during the introduction of quarantine restrictions is considering. The development of physical activity of student youth should be one of the priority tasks of physical education in higher education institutions. The purpose of the work is to discover and substantiate the directions of formation of motivation for motor activity in the process of physical education of students during quarantine. Research methods: theoretical analysis, systematization, comparison of different views on the researched problem, generalization of data of scientific-methodical and special literature. Solving problem issues, ensuring the physiologically necessary level of motor activity of students as factors of their prevention, analyzed in terms of the formation of motivations in the process of their physical education. The organization of the initial process of physical education, aimed at encouraging students of higher education institutions to physical education classes and the formation of their belief in the need for regular physical activity. The structural components of this process are singled out, the middle ones of which are: attractive aspects of physical culture and sports, private, active renewal, ideal sports environment, extraordinary sports, desire to help with victories, body beauty, etc. It was found that an important manifestation of interest in the implementation of physical activity is the nature of the use of students in their free time. Complemented ideas on the need and feasibility of using the appropriate set of traditional and innovative forms and methods of physical education of the latest achievements need to encourage students to ensure the required level of their motor activity. For the results of the scientific research, the main theoretical and methodological provisions to engage in physical culture in students in the quarantine of the back support of the formation of their motivation for motor activity.
It is believed that the task of physical education in the new realities of distance education is the need to ensure students understand the threats of lack of physical activity, as well as help by all possible means to compensate for its lack in the daily routine. The question of ways to ensure the effectiveness of physical education of students in distance learning has been studied. It is determined that the purpose of physical education in distance learning is to form an idea of using all possible forms of physical education, adapted to today's realities to ensure compliance with the regime of physical activity, as much as possible with quarantine security measures. It is established that the organization of effective distance learning, and adaptation of the educational process of physical education to the requirements of today is to ensure physical development by increasing the physical activity of student youth. The leading task of physical education in distance learning is defined as the opportunity to demonstrate that by staying at home you can stay active, lead a healthy lifestyle, engage in physical self-development, and understand that there is no quarantine for physical activity. It was found that the content of physical education in distance learning should be formed to ensure the strengthening of healthcare and hardening of the body of students. The pedagogical conditions which promote maintenance of efficiency of physical training of students in the conditions of distance learning are allocated. Such conditions are presented as a result of purposeful selection, construction, and application of elements of content, methods (techniques), as well as organizational forms of physical education to achieve a certain goal, motivation, and incentive for effective healthcare of students. As a result, it was determined that distance learning requires radical changes and modernization of approaches to the organization of physical education of students to ensure the effectiveness of its goals.
