The relevance of the research is determined by the key ideas of the hybrid format of students distance learning and collaborative technologies of its implementation in the post- pandemic perspective of the university educational process. The authors, taking into account the trends of transformations of the educational process of the university in the post-pandemic perspective, reveal the content of the key concepts of the hybrid format of distance learning for students. The priorities of collaborative technologies aimed at supporting the hybrid format of distance learning of university students are determined. Based on the results of the study, the authors of the article substantiate the productivity and prove the effectiveness of the implementation of platform models of the hybrid distance-learning format. Digital skills are essential for a technologized society. For younger generations, it has become almost necessary to have such skills. This study focuses on a valid and reliable measurement tool to determine the digital skills of university students. The research was carried out with the participation of a total of 463 university students. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted to investigate the validity and reliability of the digital skills survey. Consequently, research on the validity and reliability of the digital skills survey in the Russian environment was conducted. 25 items and six factors (access to and management of digital content, digital empathy, use of digital means, digital safety, communication of digital content, creation of digital content) were identified after the analysis. Future research should employ the adapted survey to assess the level of students’ digital skills. In addition, the survey’s validity may be analyzed in the context of other cultures.
The coronavirus pandemic has caused a rather difficult period of adaptation of students to the university system and the new educational process. Digital technologies came to the rescue, which contributed to some solution of emerging adaptation issues for nonresident students. This article is aimed at identifying the features of social adaptation of nonresident students to the educational process at the university. As a research method, the questionnaire method was used, which allowed to identify and analyze the peculiarities of adaptation of first-year students from other cities to the university environment and university requirements. The article reveals the influence of digital technologies on the adaptation of students to the university environment and new living conditions. It was determined that, in general, the participants have a high level of adaptation to the university environment, even in the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic. The development of modern education determines the vector of teacher professional and personal development capable of effective carrying out professional and pedagogical activities in favors of students, society and the state. Great opportunities to attain this goal are fold in teacher professional and personal environment, able of creating favorable conditions for this goal, organically combining the fundamentality of the teachers' professional knowledge, the search for new practice-oriented forms and methods of their activity and professional and personal development. The basis for projecting the future teacher's professional-personal educational environment is the project -target approach, determining the consideration of goals, content, technologies of education as a project of innovation activity. The authors developed a scheme for the projecting of the future teacher professional and personal environment and proposed a technological algorithm for its projecting, involving the stages of organization and functioning. A diagnostic toolkit providing the main criterion parameters' assessment of a professional-personal environment is proposed.
The Article Relevance. In order to build the state of law and civic society, it is necessary to increase legal education of all citizens of the state in the field of human rights and freedoms, forms and methods of their protection. It is especially important to involve young people in this process actively, instill in them the desire to know more about their rights and show more interest in the legal field. The aim of the study is a systematic analysis of the legal consciousness of young people and the forms of organization of legal education of young people. Research methods: as a research method, a questionnaire survey was used as a method of collecting primary information, which allows determining the level of development of the legal consciousness of students. Research results: the article analyzes the forms of organization of young people’s legal education; recommendations on the use of forms of organization of young people’s legal education are developed.
