The potato (Solánum tuberósum) is one of the main food crops of the Siberian region. The research goal was the selection of potato varieties of different maturity periods suitable for storage. We analyzed the yielding capacity and storage of potatoes in the Kemerovo Region from 2016 through 2020. Over 5 years of research, the range of yield variation of early maturing varieties averaged 11.9%. The fluctuations over the years were from 6.2% to 18.9%. It was found that the decrease dynamics of potato gross har-vest was similar to the decrease dynamics of the sown areas and yields. Potato storability studies were carried out on the farm of KFKh Tumanov A.A. The farm is located in the steppe zone of the Kuznetskaya Depression. The soil type is the leached heavy loamy chernozem with the hu-mus layer of 20-25 cm and pHof 5.6-5.8. The preceding crop was wheat. The research targets were potato tubers of medium early and early maturity varieties. The following was determined: potato tuber quality, starch weight per-centage, ascorbic acid content according to L.E. Gunar, and dry solids according to GOST (Russian National Standard). Mathematical processing was carried out ac-cording to B.A. Dospekhov. It was found that the quality of potatoes placed for storage depended on the cultivation conditions and varietal characteristics. All varieties lost some dry solids, vitamin C and starch during storage. The maximum losses were found regarding the number of pota-to tubers affected by dry rot. It was found that after 4 months of storage, the natural tuber weight loss aver-aged 1.8% for early-maturing varieties; it decreased to 6.6% over 9 months of storage; the weight loss averaged 2.0% for medium-early varieties (after 4 months); 5.4% -after 9 months; that was by 4.8% and 3.4% more, respec-tively.
Nutrigenomics is a relatively new discipline, but it has huge potential for the prevention and treatment of certain types of diseases. The presented review enables scientists and medical professionals to get useful information about the nutrigenomics role in the prevention of diseases related to nutrition and lifestyle. The study aims at analyzing, systematizing and generalizing scientific data on the nutrigenetics and nutrigenomics role in the food systems technology development. The manuscript describes the search results for scientific articles and regulatory documents in the electronic databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, eLibrary.ru, consisting of trends in the nutrigenomics development as an interdisciplinary science. When conducting the research, a man uses methods of analysis, systematization and generalization. The thesis presents definitions of the main terms used in nutrigenomics; demonstrates nutrigenomics development trends in the prevention of various diseases; reflects new directions focusing on the interaction of nutrition and genes for a comprehensive study of the overall nutrients or diet impact on human health. The researchers revealed the nutrigenomics role in the prevention of carbohydrate metabolism disorders, mental disorders, and in the development of personalized nutrition; systematized the data on research methods used in nutrigenomics, conducted a review of various aspects of nutrigenomic research, omix technologies, and nutraceuticals. Nutrigenomic research contributes to the foods development that benefit and improve human health by revealing the molecular mechanisms in the nutrients impact on human metabolism.
Актуальность исследования определяется необходимостью создания образца достойного человека – идеального гражданина цивилизованного государства, которое можно построить из хаоса, царящей на планете. Автор анализирует древнегреческие образцы цивилизации, являющиеся до сих пор привлекательными, сохраняющими свое значение для современного общественного развития, выявляет роль таких исторических документов, как Билль о правах и Декларация прав человека и гражданина, показывает значение цифровой демократии для обеспечения более обдуманного и широкого участия населения в политической жизни. Цель исследования заключается в анализе идеала гражданина в разных социально-исторических условиях. Методы: контент-анализа (для системного извлечения информации из источников), анализа, синтеза, сравнительного исследования. Результаты. Понятие «идеальный гражданин» менялось в зависимости от конкретных политических, социальных и экономических условий, но при этом сохраняло общую основу. Еще в древние времена гражданин мог влиять на формирование власти этого государства и участвовать в его управлении. Идеальный гражданин всегда являлся активным участником политической и правовой жизни. Личная свобода всегда была обязательным условием для получения статуса гражданина. Идеальный гражданин был способен рассматривать свои права как обязанности и обязанности – как права. Можно выделить три основные позиции идеального гражданина: это нравственный человек; это тот, кто способен подняться до интересов всего общества; это тот, который умеет не только властвовать, но и подчиняться. Подчеркивается важность обучения и воспитания молодого поколения таким образом, чтобы оно считало себя частью демократического общества, видело себя историческими действующими лицами, ответственными за будущее своей страны и человечества.
The purpose of the research is to conduct a comparative analysis of rapeseed production in the territory of the Russian Federation and the Kemerovo region. During 2011-2019, on the territory of the Russian Federation (RF) and the Kemerovo region, a comparative analysis of the sown area, yield, gross harvest of spring rape was carried out. The research results showed that over the past 9 years, from 2011 to 2019, the sown area, both in the Russian Federation and in the Kemerovo Region, has doubled. At the same time, there is a strong variation in this indicator. The variation coefficient ranged from 43.3% to 54.1%. On the territory of the Russian Federation and in the Kemerovo region, an increase in the yield of spring rape is observed by 1.13 times and 1.04 times, respectively. It was revealed that an increase in the gross harvest of spring rape seeds occurs on the basis of an extensive development of production due to an increase in the sowing area and yield.
