Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) hubungan kekuatan otot lengan (X1) dengan keterampilan smash (Y), (2) hubungan koordinasi mata-tangan (X2) dengan keterampilan smash (Y), (3) hubungan rasa percaya diri (X3) dengan keterampilan smash (Y), (4) hubungan kekuatan otot lengan (X1) , rasa percaya diri (X3), koordinasi mata-tangan (X2), secara bersama-sama dengan keterampilan smash (Y). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode korelasi yang menggunakan perhitungan product moment. Sample berjumlah 39 orang seluruh siswa yang mengikuti ektrakulikuler bola voli. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah (1) kekuatan otot lengan dengan menggunakan push up, (2) koordinasi mata tangan dengan menggunakan instrument wall past test, (3) rasa percaya diri dengan menggunakan instrument kuesioner, (4) keterampilan smash dengan menggunakan test hasil total dari proses gerakan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama terdapat hubungan yang positif antara kekuatan otot lengan (X1) dengan keterampilan smash (Y), kedua terdapat hubungan yang positif koordinasi matatangwan (X2) dengan keterampilan smash (Y), ketiga terdapat hubungan yang positif rasa percaya diri (X3) dengan keterampilan smash (Y), keempat terdapat hubungan yang positif kekuatan otot lengan (X1) , rasa percaya diri (X3), koordinasi mata-tangan (X2), secara bersama-sama dengan keterampilan smash (Y). Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kekuatan otot lengan, koordinasi mata tangan, dan rasa percaya diri memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keterampilan smash bola voli.

Metode yang digunakan adalah metode korelasi yang menggunakan perhitungan product moment. Sample berjumlah 60 orang seluruh siswa laki-laki tingkat SMA. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah (1) ketebalan lemak dengan menggunakan skinfold caliper, (2) kebugaran jasmani menggunakan tes (TKJI), (3) keseimbangan dengan menggunakan instrument keseimbangan yang sudah divalidasi sebelumnya, (4) hasil belajar tolak peluru dengan menggunakan test hasil total dari proses gerakan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama terdapat hubungan yang positif antara ketebalan lemak (X1) dengan hasil belajar tolak peluru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.879*, kedua terdapat hubungan antara kebugaran jasmani (X2) dengan hasil belajar tolak peluru yang memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.893*, ketiga terdapat hubungan antara keseimbangan (X3) dengan hasil belajar tolak peluru (Y) yang memiliki nilai sebesar 0.847*, keempat terdapat hubungan antara ketebalan lemak (X1) , keseimbangan (X3), kebugaran jasmani (X2), secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar tolak peluru (Y). Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketebalan lemak, kebugaran jasmani, dan keseimbangan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan hasil belajar tolak peluru.Kata kunci : Ketebalan lemak, Kebugaran jasmani, Keseimbangan, dan Hasil Belajar Tolak Peluru.
This research was conducted to determine the effect of the project based learning model on student creativity in sports and health physical education at SMA Negeri 1 Cilamaya. This research is an experimental study to find out whether the project-based learning model has an effect on student creativity in sports and health physical education. The number of samples is 36 students of class XI MIPA 2 taken by purposive sampling technique where the sample criteria are based on the class that is willing to be given treatment. The data of this research was carried out with a one group pretest-posttest design using a student creativity questionnaire using a Likert scale which was distributed at the beginning and end of the meeting. The results obtained through the normality test of the data with the results stating that the pretest data was 0.112 > 0.05 and the posttest 0.094 > 0.05. the results of the pretest-posttest stated that the data was homogeneously distributed and the t-test calculation obtained the Sig value. (two-tilled) 0.001 <0.05 indicates a significant difference between the results before and after the treatment. it can be concluded from the results of the research conducted that it can be stated that there is an effect of the project based learning model on students' creativity in learning physical education, sports and health at SMA Negeri 1 Cilamaya.
This study aims to determine student interest in learning at SMKN 1 Tirtajaya Karawang. The approach used in this research is quantitative, with a survey method and research design using cross-sectional. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMKN 1 Tirtajaya Karawang, totaling 155 students. At the same time, the sample was taken in one class using a purposive sampling technique, obtained in class XI TKR 1 with as many as 40 students as the class that will be given a questionnaire about students' interest in learning. The data is processed using Microsoft Excel Software. The results of this study indicate that the level of student interest in learning basketball shows a percentage of learning interest of as much as 43% with suitable criteria. So, it can be concluded that the level of student interest in learning basketball can increase if the teacher can present the material well and pleasantly and provide teaching through games so that students do not feel bored when learning takes place.
This research is motivated by the many shortcomings that appear, such as students are reluctant to take part in this sport physiology course for various reasons and factors so that both in terms of achieving educational goals, increasing student fitness and developing student movement skills it becomes difficult to fulfill and the learning methods applied. by the lecturer at the location where the activity took place which made students lazy to take part in learning sports physiology courses again, so that students were very enthusiastic and afraid (worried) every time the learning of sports physiology courses took place. This study aims to determine the level of motivation of students at Singaperbangsa Karawang University, Health and Recreational Physical Education Study Program. The design of this research is descriptive research. The method used in this research is a survey method. The population in this study were Semester 3 students at Singaperbangsa University Karawang, Health and Recreational Physical Education Study Program. The subjects used in this study were 100 Semester 3 students. The data collection technique was a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that the level of motivation of Semester 3 students at Singaperbangsa Karawang University Physical Education and Recreation Study Program towards learning sports physiology subjects was in the LESS category with a percentage of 55.45%. Intrinsic motivation with sub-indicators which include Belief, Desire, and Self-confidence has a percentage of 54.84% in the LESS category. For extrinsic motivation with sub indicators which include Environment, Family, and Association has a percentage of 55.98% in LESS.
