At the same time, certain problems are obvious in this area, including: differences in the perception of the content of human rights in Western and Eastern civilizations, Christian and Muslim beliefs, diverse constitutional declaration and further legislative implementation, the separation of new human rights is increasingly attracting the attention of scholars and practitioners.
