SummARyIn the second of two articles on rare causes of dementia, the authors describe toxic, iatrogenic, nutritional, traumatic, metabolic, neoplastic and autoimmune causes of dementia. Disorders are graded according to their prevalence, to give an idea of the likelihood of their presentation.
