The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic has drastically disrupted various sectors including the education system. The education system changed from a conventional landscape to online one for fulfil sustainability of the education system. Even so, there are weaknesses and deficiencies including smooth interaction and communication involving lecturers and students. This study examines three main objectives which are to identify the level of interaction between students and lecturers, to identify the level of interaction between students and students and to study the distribution of changes in action research interventions. This study uses a quantitative approach using questionnaire instruments. The findings ofthe study were analysed descriptively by viewing at the mean value, frequency and percentage. A total of 45 students from one section of the Malaysian Nationality and Development Introductory Course for the entry of the special semester of 2021. The results of the study showed that student interaction experienced positive changes based on the pre-and post-test findings. The distribution of action research findings also presented a decent improvement between the pre-and post-test. This evidently proves that interventions that emphasize the aspect of flexibility are effective and change the perception of student interaction satisfaction while learning online.
The medical cluster is a vital part of the country's infrastructure. Medical clusters are like the strength that ensures the community's well-being, both for the locals and for the leaders. The usefulness and value of house officer expertise during medical education are investigated in this study. Furthermore, the accomplishment of house officer experience will be determined by the support of knowledge they possess. This study looked at I the degree of knowledge held by house officers, (ii) the level of experience held by house officers, and (iii) the link between knowledge and experience held by house officers. Simple random sample procedures were used to send questionnaires to 80 house officers from a hospital in Johor. The results of the study were examined using descriptive and inferential statistics. The study's findings show that house officers have a high level of expertise and experience. Studies have also shown that a house officer's expertise and experience are highly connected. Knowledge is appropriate significant and expected for enhancement to comprehend the ideal experience, according to this study. Finally, this study was employed as a model for developing trainees' learning processes and medical clusters.
The issue of marketability is a hot topic. This is due to the rising rate of underemployment over the years. Furthermore, as a direct consequence of national and global economic changes, the COVID-19 pandemic has expanded this percentage even more. Employers are extremely strict when it comes to the selection of employees based on this tendency. In addition to academic excellence, the personality factor is used as a screening method for employees. In previous research, researchers have conducted several synthesis and methodical evaluations of the literature to evaluate the association between personality and marketability factors of prospective graduates. According to the findings of a systematic review of the literature, referencing the CareerEDGE Model could be used as a basis for marketability. Furthermore, the emphasis on Shapero and Shokol's Entrepreneurial Event Theory demonstrates graduates' preparedness to enter the job market. Commonly dialog, personality influences marketability through adaptation, motivation, and excellent work performance in full compliance with the order to function successfully established by the organisation.
