Background: Electronic Health Record (EHR) utilization has been improved nowadays and it is believed that the adoption of Information Technology (IT) that has been implemented in various setting may also accelerate qualified implementation in health care setting. This study aimed to evaluate EHR utilization in various settings by systemic literature review. Methods: systemic literature research was conducted with keywords “(evaluat* model OR evaluat* framework) AND (health professional* OR health staff*) AND (electronic health record OR EHR) AND (us* OR engagement OR implementation OR adoption) AND hospital”. Result: 833 literatures found at the beginning of literature search, after apply limitations, remove duplicates and exclude of irrelevant literatures, finally total 7 articles were included in the review. Conclusion: there are benefits and drawbacks of EHR utilization among health professional in different healthcare settings in some countries that included in this review. Some health professionals had positive experience of using EHR that its use can improve clinicians’ involvement, better clinicians’ representation and decrease workload. Meanwhile, others had different views that EHR use are ineffectiveness due to inability of the systems to meet users’ need, poor integration with existing workflows, poor IT skills among users and limited resources and training of EHR. Recommendation: Therefore, it is important to improve better design of EHR system with customized functionalities so it could improve the implementation and adoption of EHR by health professionals as end user.
The World Health Organization developed five keys to safer food’s guidelines. This study aimed to determine the relationships between food handlers’ knowledge, attitudes, and behavior to the guideline and Escherichia coli (E. coli) contamination of food served at campus cafeterias. This cross-sectional study was carried out by interviewing 98 food handlers selling food and by testing samples for E. coli. The dependent variable was E. coli contamination, while the independent variables were the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of food handlers based on the guideline. Each independent variable had five sub-variables that corresponded to the guideline. The data were analyzed using chisquare and logistic regression tests. The results showed that food handlers’ knowledge of cooking food thoroughly was significantly related to E. coli contamination (P=0.54 [P<0.05]; OR=2.990;95%CI:1.093– 8.180). Furthermore, the food handlers’ attitudes toward cooking food thoroughly were related to E. coli contamination (P=0.58 [P<0.05]; OR=0.385;95%CI:0.157– 0.944). There were two factors related to E. coli contamination: the food handlers’ knowledge of and attitudes toward the third key of the five keys to food safety.
Inadequate adolescents’ reproductive health literacy is a serious problem that requires urgent attention from all stakeholders. Adolescents with limited knowledge of reproductive health are more prone to facing various health problems. Therefore, this study aims to determine the level of adolescents reproductive health literacy and its associated factors. An analytical approach was adopted with a cross-sectional design. The target population consisted of female students in classes XI and XII, at Public Islamic Senior High School 2 Banda Aceh, totaling 242 students. An accidental sampling method was utilized to select the sample, and the number of respondents was 150 students. The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear and multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that the level of reproductive health literacy was moderate (M=3.20; SD: 0.70 on a scale of 5), while the associated factors included family role (β=0.397; p-value:0.001), age (β=0.263; p-value:0.001), and peer support (β=0.259; p-value:0.001). These variables accounted for 43.4% of the variance in adolescents reproductive health literacy (R2:0.434). Based on the results, it was concluded that the level of adolescents reproductive health literacy was insufficient, and factors correlated to this problem included family role, age, and peer support.
