Tenaga pendidik di SMP Negeri se-Kota Sibolga memiliki masalah dalam hal kinerja, yaitu pelaksanaan tugas sebagai pendidik belum maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik di SMP Negeri se-Kota Sibolga dimoderasi gender. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tenaga pendidik SMP Negeri se-Kota Sibolga dengan jumlah populasi 342 orang dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 275 responden. Dengan Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Probability Sampling (Random Sample). Variabel independent pada penelitian ini pelatihan dan motivasi, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kinerja. Pengukuran variabel dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk analisis deskriptif adalah Software Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan pelatihan dan motivasi secara berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja. Gender memoderasi pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pada guru perempuan, tetapi pada guru laki-laki gender hanya memoderasi motivasi tetapi tidak memoderasi pelatihan
<p><em>This research aims to analyze the workplace incivility </em><em>that is caused by customer, supervisor, and coworker and how it effects their emotional exhaustion. The object of this sample is frontline employees of casual restaurants in Jakarta. To test the hypotheses, this study distributes 170 survey questionners. Among these, 21 questionners were excluded because of incomplete responses. A total 149 survey questioners were analyzed by using the method of Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result shows that only coworker incivility significantly increases the frontline employees’ emotional exhaustion. Further research can take another sample from different service industry.</em></p>
This paper provides a perspective on the concept of employee performance based on e-HRM in the coal mining service industry in Indonesia. The research methodology uses documentary analysis of empirical studies and examines the perceptions of managers working in the HRM field. e-HRM is human resources management that is supported by digital technology, while employee performance in this case is the performance of employees who work in coal mining companies. This study aims to identify e-HRM practices to improve employee performance in terms of green employee behavior in the workplace. The results show that employee performance is closely related to e-HRM, green employee motivation, and person-job fit. Dynamic business conditions are a challenge for companies to be able to achieve productivity, and efficiency and always pay attention to the impact of safety, health & environment (SHE). HRD Department must provide support and develop appropriate competencies for its employees to improve employee professionalism. Managers must also be adept at empowering employees, caring about employee welfare, and maintaining employee safety & health. This empirical study and interview of respondents are very necessary for companies that are trying to carry out digital transformation in the HRM field to build production performance and employee awareness of the conditions of the work environment.
The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the Work Environment, Work Motivation, Self efficacy affect employee performance in textile company employees in Jakarta. Data were collected from two hundred and two textile company employees in Jakarta with the data collection technique used was a purposive sample. The test hypothesis used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of testing the hypothesis in this study indicate the positive influence of the Work Environment, Work Motivation, Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance. The managerial implication in this study is how companies must add available work facilities to increase employee performance activities to be more productive so that company goals are achieved, managers must also provide more motivation to employees to do the job properly according to production targets, managers must also trust employees more so that can perform most of the tasks very well so that the company's goals are achieved, managers must also be more able to control the performance of their employees in order to produce performance that is in accordance with the goals of textile companies.
The main purpose of this research is to explain the relationship between profit and CEO compensation. The relationship between CEO compensation and company profit in 1992-1996 from 32 firms that listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange has a different result. Some researches find that there is a significant relationship but in the other hand find there isn’t a significant relationship. This result support generalization or validity external from previous research. This research used panel data to examination this relationship.
