Abstract. The article deals with the problem of language unity and communication gaps between the post-Soviet countries retrospectively, which is important for determining the direction of the future development of the members of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The focus is on the language situation in Russia and Armenia, two countries which have longstanding and strong friendly bonds based on successful cooperation in addressing important international problems, including in the education sphere. The aspects covered in the article include normative-legal documentation regulating state language policies; the role of the native language in education; the issue of the status of the Russian language in oral and written communication.
The article is devoted to the significance of irrational in matters of education, and to the role of the teacher as a source of psychological influence on the formation of the child's personality. Generally, current teacher education programmes at universities do not properly acquaint students with aspects of the interaction between unconscious spheres of people, in particular, in the "teacher -pupil" system. At the same time, in the pedagogical literature there are practically no special works related to this issue. However, behaviour, emotional states, and the irrational thoughts of teachers can have a negative impact on the formation of the personality of schoolchildren. This study attempts to show the necessity of taking into account the influence of the irrational factor on the formation of the personality of schoolchildren. The authors consider scientific literature, psychoanalytic theories of child development, methods of education, as well as the analysis of the works of scientists engaged in those areas in psychology and philosophy in which the leading role of unconscious (irrational, affective, emotional, instinctive and intuitive processes) in the formation of the child's personality in the school educational process is postulated. Most of the impacts of the environment on the child are unconscious. All that is unconsciously remains unchanged. But we are capable of correcting something only in the mind, and the teacher, with his authority, and also with his professionalism and eruditions, can make an important contribution to the formation and development of the child's personality.
The article is devoted to the significance of the irrational in education processes and to the role of teacher as an actor of psychological influence on the formation of child’s personality. Unfortunately, teacher education programs at universities do not properly introduce to the students all the aspects (including unconscious ones) of the interaction between people, in particular in the “teacher – student” system. At the same time, in the pedagogical literature there are no special works related to this issue. Psychological theories and methods of education, which are designed to form and develop a personality, can simply destroy the necessary qualities in a child that lead to his independence and self-affirmation. Teachers who are incompetent in pedagogical issues often defend themselves by appealing to the well-known names of scientists and their theories. The theories should not become a dogma and a main path in education. They should serve as an auxiliary instrument. The theory of education is obliged to revise the content and form of the organization of educational process in accordance with the understanding and sense of the rhythm of the New World, taking into account the integration of educational concepts that provide a balance of the rational and irrational in the cognitive activity of a student. This balance is necessary for the full and comprehensive development of child’s personality, for the formation of his/her identity. The author of the article believes that under the conditions of large-scale simulacrization, virtualization, digitalization of the educational space, it is necessary to strengthen the emotional component of the educational process to avoid the final elimination of the aura (W. Benjamin) of the class area from the sphere of human relations in the “teacher – student – teacher” system.
The article is devoted to the role of the Russian language as an important factor in forecasting the
